Nice hotel and ok location close to the May 4th monument. Our room was not cleaned on the 1st night but they did bring clean towels straight away. At breakfast we were seated at a dirty table and the server was not happy when we ask it to be cleaned. The breakfast food was good and the bed was comfortable.

I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

CTS Hong Kong Haiquan Bay, a good experience! Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. It has a majestic appearance. It is a hotel in a fairy tale castle with an exotic feel. It is the castle in children's dreams. The hotel equipment is a bit old, but the rooms are clean and tidy, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the dishes taste good. The first choice hotel to bring your family for a weekend break. Here you can see the sea, soak in the hot spring nest, and have a playground for the children. It provides full services for food, accommodation and entertainment. It is a warm and comfortable experience. We will come back to Haiquan Bay.

Service: The service is very enthusiastic. All the takeaways ordered are delivered directly to the room. Facilities: The hotel's buffet is only available on Fridays and Saturdays, so it's a bit troublesome to eat. And breakfast is not a buffet. It will be decided based on the daily guest occupancy whether it will be a meal delivery or a buffet. The meal delivery may not be in line with the taste, which feels a bit wasteful. It is better to order the food a day in advance and make it on demand without wasting it. I almost slipped in the room several times. I don’t know whether it was because the floor was too slippery or the soles of the hotel’s disposable slippers were too slippery. It was really dangerous, especially when the waiter pressed the button The doorbell rang very urgently, making people feel anxious when they heard it. Then, when walking fast, they slipped and fell down several times. The hotel is a bit dated, and the facilities were average. The pool area was a bit old and required everyone to wear a swimming cap, though it's pointless. The sauna in the women's area was broken and I was a bit disappointed about that. The service and staff we very nice, but other than the front desk workers, the staff did not really speak English(which is fine, since my partner and I speak Chinese, but it is something to note if you are a tourist who does not speak Chinese). The room itself was average, I think we paid a bit more than it was worth, but the location was worth it(walking distance to the water and lots of many good restaurants and cafes). The room was a nonsmoking room, but yet it smelled like smoke even after the staff had cleaned it. Smoke smell seems to be imbedded into the sheets or walls. The bathroom was nice and clean.

I've been to several other hotels in Qingdao, but it was the most satisfying hotel. First of all, I would like to thank ☺️Crystal Zhao. ❤️❤️❤️She continued to let us know and help us through WeChat during our stay. She also accommodated our special needs and assigned us rooms on the highest floor. Also, knowing that it was our anniversary, decorated the rooms beautifully. Also, it was useful to send information on nearby tourist attractions and good restaurants through WeChat. Basically, the service and mindfulness of are excellent. 1. Location: The location of the hotel is really nice. There is an ocean right in front of you, so you can take a walk in the morning and evening. At night, the light shines on the surrounding buildings, so the night view is beautiful. The nearby tourist attraction is not far away, so you can take a taxi in about 10 minutes. 2. Room Condition: The room is clean as it is a new hotel. I used it well because there was an air purifier. The amenities are sufficiently set up. It is convenient to control the curtains and lights. 3. Breakfast: It was nice to have a meal while looking at the sea at the restaurant, and I could eat Chinese and western styles. The instant noodles and huntun were delicious. It was convenient to make coffee and bring it to me right away. 4. Swimming Pool: I liked the swimming pool the most in this hotel. It was comfortable because I could swim while looking at the sea and there were not many people. The people who work in the swimming pool are really nice. I asked them to take a picture because I was alone, and they were willing to take it, so I appreciate it. If I come to Qingdao again, it is a hotel I want to come back to.👍👍👍

A good place for leisure especially in the summer time. A huge beaches called Golden and Silver beach are just in front of the hotel Le Meridian @ Huangdao, most of the rooms are with seaviews and balcony, so relaxing!!~ Special thanks given to the MOD (manager on duty) Cindy during our stay. She was kind and helpful, we were appreciated to the complimentary starbuck coffee in the lobby offered to us. Dinner and breakfast buffet were nice at the very competitive price, all staff in the F&B were friendly.

The hotel is a beautiful Hotel infront of the beach I make and upgrade to my room torequest sea,view Wesley Liu the Chief concierge was very kind and gave the best room with a great view, the breakfast is very delicious it has,all you need, ofcourse I will be back and stay here
