"Great hotel. Clean and welcoming. Staff friendly and nice to be in an all inclusive where staff aren't waiting for a tip! Beds comfy pillows not so but passable for the week. An amazing bathroom shower could fit 6 people in easily. Food great and such a variety every day with 3 a la carte you can book. BE WARNED after being told to wear long trousers bought a pair in the shop and on our 2nd trip to the Steakhouse 2 guys arrived in shorts!!! Location literally 10 mins from airport. Downside...pool cold so used the jacuzzi most days, so windy most of the time can't go in the sea and absolutely nothing to do. No evening strolls as nowhere to stroll to."

"As a Riu and claiming 5☆ and having been to other Riu across the world its just lacking something. Can't quite put our finger on it. No table bar service? Room missing towels Bedding that doesent fit the mattress very well so you wake up on the mattress Asked at booking, any special occasions. It's our honeymoon. Made no difference (maybe thats a sulk) Hate people who say the food is the same as there are numerous options every night, but they are virtually the same every night. The hotel has lots of repeat guests but not for us. Booked Fount Veach in Agadir for the same time next year. Lot shorter flight from M/C more to do outside and the same weather. It's only a 7 day entertainment programme and its very repetitive once youve seen it once. 11 day holiday. Would be nice if the entertainment team could sing instead of miming to backing tracks all the time. Bars, restaurants, pool areas, seating area at night all spotless. Just lacking something. On a very positive. Can't recommend the sunset dinner at Morabeza Beech highly enough. Exceptional night. Best of holiday."

"I cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful this place was. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The apartment was lovely, air conditioned, had everything I needed. There was a little sandy garden that was mine, which was great for privacy and backed onto the most glorious, quiet beach. The nearest town is a short cab ride away but I ended up walking there and back most days along the beach. The breakfast box arrived every day with delicious food and a huge pot of delicious coffee. Everyone was so supportive and helpful and kind; respectful of space but also kept the apartment cleaned regularly. Leonilda and Fabienne were both there whenever I needed them and provided all the best contacts - reliable cabs, ethical boat tours (so important as there are some awful ones), the wonderful barbeque and local music nights just a little walk away up the beach. In 10 days I went from highly stressed, chest pains, dysregulated human being to completely calm, at ease, able to cope. My sense of self returned. That was not just because of taking a break. That's because I was at Vila Cristina. Wonderful. Just wonderful."
