"If there were 6 stars, I would give them to the glorious hotel! The outlook is breath-taking, and much better than the photos depict. A peaceful and calm environment. The swim-up family suite was immaculate and spacious with views over the private pool and sea on the horizon. Sunrise and sunset both visible. The restaurant is very special, with the tasting menu being delectable yet affordable. It feels very high end and the service was warm and professional. The front of house staff were so helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to make our stay special, even arranging room service by special request. It’s incredible value for money, and the most stunning place our family has stayed! Just do it!"

"Stay away from this hotel. The listing states it is a 4 star hotel. It is barely a 3 star. we have stayed at many hotels in Italy and Europe and this must be the worst one we have ever visited. To begin with, the staff doesn't wear name tags and dresses as if they are on the street. Torn jeans and t shirts. There is NO WIFI or INTERNET. This is not an exaggeration. Unless you have a phone plan you are out of luck. THERE IS NO HOT WATER, PERIOD. Stayed 2 nights and never had any hot water. Had the engineer and others attempt to make it at least warm and all they did was shrug. The breakfast was meager with no staff monitoring whether anything needed replenishment. Things not eaten on our first day showed up on the seond day. Still not kept cool with ice or any other method of keeping things cool. On the surface, this hotel appears to be a 4 star hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and other amenities, but this is deceptive. Underneath, it is worn and needs much upgrading to be even a 3 star. How anyone could give this anything but a 1 star is beyond us unless they are travellers who aren't very discerning or are unwillig to look beneath the surface. But how could anyone ignore no hot water and no internet. our suite had a gorgeous jaccuzi, which, again, was impossible to use because NO HOT WATER. Book a stay anywhere but here. Even a motel 6 has hot water."

"We stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful time. The manager and all the staff were exceptional. Special thanks go to the receptionists: always smiling, helpful, and extremely kind, especially one girl we pestered with countless requests, but she always found a solution with great patience and courtesy. The food was excellent, as was the hotel's location, just steps from the sea. Furthermore, when the sea was too rough, we could relax in the pool, a truly appreciated alternative. The entertainment was fantastic: energetic, friendly, and engaging people who kept us entertained throughout our vacation. Just steps from the hotel, there's also a beautiful amusement park, perfect for keeping kids entertained. It was a truly positive experience that we recommend to everyone. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Very impressive hotel with some very large rooms. Ours had a fantastic balcony looking over the street and featured some beautiful original architectural details. The choice of furniture felt a little 2000's and slightly out of place so that felt a little disappointing. The hotel features a spa with a mini pool which is very nice and can be booked privately with a bottle of wine, a nice extra. Breakfast was standard buffet style and very average given the upscale feel of the hotel. Location wise it is on a very quiet street but is in walking distance of most things, not that there is too much going on in Ragusa, it is very pretty though. Overall it was pretty expensive but worth it for the night."

"Lovely large quiet and clean room (the best we were told, no 12) with an extensive patio / terrace. Bed comfortable and shower good. Staff friendly, polite and professional,couldn't do more. Breakfast choice good. Pool small but usable and sun on the patio most of the day. Gardens pretty. Hotel generally quiet even tho' booked up. Location not the best for us. Terrace needs some proper outside furniture."

The location is great being a short walk to the Center of the old town."

It was their nona's house, and they treat it and their guests with a caring attitude and respect. The views from the balconies were amazing. Breakfast was lovely. The garden is beautiful. Everything about this hotel says we care about you and your experience here with us."
