"hotel very clean, staff extremly helpful and friendly, food very good .. not a lot around the area as its on an industrial estate, but very quite ..would def stay again when in the area"

"Beautiful hotel"

"We have been coming to this hotel for many years now, as we have family in the village. It is a little gem. Rainhill is a great village but also close enough to get into Liverpool without paying crazy prices. The staff are always really friendly & welcoming. We usually stay before/after a holiday from Liverpool airport & the staff always ensure we have a ground floor room to save dragging our cases upstairs! We have dealt with several members of staff, all of whom have been brilliant, but we must say a special thank you to Lisa as we always seem to coincide with her shifts. Always greeted with a smile & nothing is too much trouble. She is a credit to the hotel. We look forward to coming back in Sept for our next holiday!"

"Nice hotel"

"The online check in was easy and made arrival so much quicker, especially as we arrived about 9pm. The room was spacious and very clean. There was also a lovely extra touch with a welcome gift of jammy dodgers and sweets waiting in the room. 20 minutes from the city centre by car, so very convenient for our trip. Thank you"

"Great stop over on the way to Scotland! Tired the kids out in the pool and even got some Jacuzzi time myself. Great facilities and fit four of us comfortably. The staff couldn’t do more, especially at breakfast when they looked after my kids and showed them the bookcase. Thank you to the lady who used to be a British Airways hostess particularly! "

"Reception staff she was really helpful and sorted the hiccup about booking out efficiently.. the room average but clean and all you needed. Bed was comfy pillows lumpy thou .. and breakfast was extra so didnt have any and expensive for a tues night .."
