And in addition to their great kindness, they provide excellent service. Both in terms of tourism and service. Bus ticket purchases. Since we were taking a night bus, we were offered to keep our room until departure time, even without asking."

"This is a real find in Rantepao and I can’t recommend it enough. We were a group of 14 and we all loved it. The decor is very attractive, the rooms really comfortable and the meals served in the dining room delicious. While it is situated on the edge of town this is perfect as you look out on rice fields and it is quiet at night. It is only a short and interestingly walk in to town but there are lots of local shops within 100 metres of the hotel.. The staff could not be more accommodating and when we had to leave really early on our last morning they prepared an early breakfast for us which we really appreciated. Many thanks to all the staff for such a great stay, we loved Toraja."

"Horrible experience. This is a very old hotel, and did not maintain /update their facilities for long time. Trip advisor showed good reviews before Covid time. However, as many travellers say in recent reviews, this hotel has full of dust and mold. We paid extra for larger room with bathtubs. But I have never seen that bathroom was so dirty with dust , stain, and mold.. The amenities were never changed for long time, so packaging had stains & out of date. The fridge & aircon were broken. Inside of fridge had mold. The coffee mugs and spoons were left as the previous traveler used, and never washed. So sugar was sticked to these items. This hotel was booked for us by our travel agency. They quickly changed our hotel to another hotel due to this horrible situation. "
