"We enjoyed the one night stay with family in the Natural Razma Resort. We booked via instagram 2 rooms (Baresha room for 5 persons and Quadruple room for 4 persons). The food was delicious (grilled veggies, lamb, and homemade dairies from the inhabitants of Razëm). The swimming pool was big and the kids loved it. The staff and service is wonderful, helpful and remarkably polite. I highly recommend to all expats !"

"You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye you use to review a Western hotel. They are very different. This is not a bad review. This was a very unique property and eclectic hotel. Their food was excellent; their breakfast was expansive and had hot and cold food. The room (Room F-02) was small and awkward due to a glass wall (see pics) that allowed the potential for people from the street or other hotel rooms to look into my bathroom. The TV didn't work, there was no safe, no real AC, no coffee maker, no iron or ironing board. This room lacked the privacy that travelers seek. I might stay here again, but I would want another room location on the 2nd floor to assure privacy."

"We definitely expected better. The room was tiny and cramped, the carpet was stained, the shower was old and moldy, the breakfast bar was dirty, and there was no coffee for breakfast. We were told the machine was broken, but we suspect it's a common occurrence, given the coffee machine in the reception area. The only positive note was the receptionist, who was kind, smiling, and helpful. I wouldn't recommend it."

"The entire building is beautiful, particularly the paintings on the wall. Delicious breakfast and amazing staff both in the reception and restaurant. The bar and restaurant area have a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in a family room which was big and full of furniture. Not sure about the layout of the bathroom as shampoo and shower gel were fixed by the sink away from the shower cube. We were happy about the fridge that was cold enough for soft drinks/beer and the air conditioning which we could change temperature ourselves. Overall, we had the pleasure of staying in Hotel Keto. 👍😉"
