"This hotel was initially a nightmare. I booked 2 rooms through Trip for adults and the kids. Upon arrival, the hotel advised that one of the rooms had been cancelled and we only had one room. All my bookings were still showing in the Trip app so neither myself or Trip had cancelled anything. I contacted Trip and they were excellent and worked very hard, but unsuccessfully to get our room back... It was absolutely peak season and the room had been given to someone else. We were able to book a room Westown 2 nights later so the kids ended up staying at the hotel and us adults, luckily were able to find another hotel for 2 nights and then moved back to Westown hotel. When this issue occurred, I felt we were treated incredibly poorly by the hotel. They made it clear... If you book through a third party booking agency, the issue is with you..not our problem... Considering most of their bookings are probably through third parties, this attitude is poor. Once we moved back into the hotel for the remaining 3 days, the hotel facilities were good. Swimming pools were good. There was a cafe, couple of restaurants, and small gym. Location was 10 mins on a tricycle into the centre of town and there were always tricycles available. A shuttle was available to and from the airport. Negatives were as follows: - Hotel saying we cancelled one of our rooms even though we hadn't. Kids had to stay by themselves in the hotel. - Hotel didn't care less about us because we made the booking through a 3rd party. - Disappointing that probably 50% of the menu foods were not available in the Filipino restaurant while we were there...usual excuse of supplier issues was always given."

"This hotel is quiet and well-located outside Coron City, right by the mangroves, and surprisingly mosquito-free. There's a magnificent pier with a bar, perfect for enjoying the sunsets in the late afternoon. From this pier, private island hopping cruises depart for Coron Island – a magical experience I highly recommend. The rooms, bathrooms, and balconies are spacious. There's a large pool, though the water was a bit cloudy. The main restaurant serves a breakfast buffet. The poolside bar/snack area offers excellent ice cream. There's also a pizzeria restaurant by the mangroves, plus a Japanese restaurant. Evening entertainment is offered several times a week. Airport transfers are available for 350 pesos per person. Transfers to Coron City or tuk-tuks are readily available right outside the hotel."

"Advantages: Quiet, no roosters crowing around, good environment outside. The hotel can charge for processing external food, although the processing fee is not cheap, but the taste is very good, there is free turu. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Disadvantages: The bathroom is too broken, there is no dry and wet separation, the toilet cover has fallen off, the faucet is completely loose, and no one has repaired it. The bed sheets are very old and stained. The breakfast is good, but too sweet and greasy. It will be perfect if the internal facilities are improved."

"Really nice resort only 10min away from the port by Tuc Tuc. The room very clean and with all the essentials for the staying. My room wasn’t exactly view on the pool as expected so I would have to say a little bit overpriced. Nice breakfast. They arranged me an half day tour of the main spots in Coron and they were really flexible. The only thing that often happens to me travelling solo is that at pool bar for lunch I asked half portion of a serving because it was meant to be for 2/3 people (in the Philippines they often have family sharing portions) but they said it wasn’t possible that they could serve me half portion but the price would’ve been the same and I found that annoying. Other than that they offer shuttle bus to the airport and everything else was as good as in the pictures!"

"1. The location is slightly off-center from Coron, but it's about a 10-minute drive to the city center. 2. The facilities appear to have been renovated; my stay was excellent, and I didn't experience the previously mentioned issue of outdated facilities. 3. The swimming pool is enormous and the water is crystal clear. 4. Complimentary board games are available for borrowing and use in the room. 5. Breakfast is served as a buffet, offering both Western and Chinese dishes from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Even if you don't have time to eat, the hotel will pack breakfast for you to take out. 6. Bottled drinking water is available 24 hours a day in the atrium. 7. Outsourced massage and motorbike rental services are available, costing about 200 pesos more than in the city. Considering the transportation and time costs, I think the price difference is acceptable. Rental vehicles can be returned to the hotel and picked up by the rental company."

"Had a relaxing stay at the Funny Lion! Service was great and there was a lot of greenery. Even with the rainy season we didn’t had issue with inserts or mosquitoes which I through was impressive. Bed was very comfortable, had many great night sleep"

"The Underwater Garden Resort has a unique location on the Baquit Island only 10 minutes boat trip to Coron .Foots in the water! Boatshuttle in hotelrate includet. Very quiet at night and dayover only some boats passing at a good distance. The restaurant is OK with place for improvement. Fishh-Sinigang and grilled fish are delicious. The personell is very gentle, kiind and attentive. They are trying to improve and learn everyday. Thank you for you hospitality!"

"The hotel is just a little difficult to find, when I saw the reception I was worried because the place is under renovation, but as soon as I saw the rooms I loved them. Extremely clean environment, well located, on the main street, amenities, and very friendly staff, but the friendliest employee was a little dog who always greeted us with joy every day, he made my trip and my stay much happier ❤️"

"Location of the hotel was very close to the town however our room (pool view) was at the top and with lots of bags it’s quite the climb due to all the stairs. The staff were friendly and the rooms was fairly clean Just outdated, the window in our bathroom wouldn’t shut causing lizards and other small bugs to come In the room and the water in the shower would occasionally run cold. Other than than the room was a decent size and we had a pleasant stay"

"La Natura Resort It is a veritable natural manor, it is said that it was built by Italians, using the style of island dwellings, and full of tropical green plants with vitality everywhere. The conditions are also extremely simple and natural, not even air conditioning (the ceiling fan is indeed enough), but the local waiter has a very good attitude, suitable for people who like to explore and have low hardware requirements. It is about three or four kilometers from Coron Town, which has been completely deep into the village, but the traffic is still convenient. The front desk will help to call a car and go to the town for 150 pesos (about 20 RMB). Due to the poor overall development level on Cologne Island, popular hotels such as Zuri, Venus Royal, Funny Lion are not good, it is better to try this one"
