"We returned again for another fab stay this time for longer, we had a great time. Colette once again is absolutely fantastic goes above and beyond n my kids absolutely love her! Neil was absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble even when we had issues with the room card etc he helped with ease, Maddison was also brilliant and helpful and the food we had there for not only breakfasts each morning but our dinner there was delicious. We will always return. Great location, great rooms, clean and spacious, fab prices, friendly helpful staff."

"We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Rhuddlan and were really happy overall. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt very welcoming. Just a few small suggestions — the bathroom floor was quite cold, so a bath mat would be really helpful. The breakfast and dimmer took a bit longer than expected, and it would be great to have some halal food options too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come again!"

"I was pleasantly surprised. After reading some reviews I was worried but as soon as we arrived those worries disappeared. Tiger on reception and Chris in the restaurant were fantastic. The room was lovely and clean. Food was wonderful and the new restaurant was great. Look forward to coming back later in the year."

"This hotel would be perfect if it had air con. It is clean and comfortable; the bar and restaurant are good and there is plenty of parking. The location is excellent. We stayed during hot weather and there was no air con or even a fan in the room. We left the windows open at night but the noise from the smokers gathered below, then the delivery lorries and bin collections meant we barely slept. We are happy to stay there again but only if the weather is cooler."

"Brilliant, tried to book Rhyl seafront, fully booked, booked Rhuddlan 5 mins away, literally (10 cos of 20 mile an hour restriction), loads better, on the doorstep Aldi, pub, Starbucks, KFC. 1 min down the road indian restaurant. I am from Bradford, the food here was absolutely beautiful. Village 5 minutes away (walking), local shops 2/3 pubs. Taxi from here to Rhyl, for a pub crawl, taxi back, better than staying in Rhyl, cheap. Will go back in a breath. The staff are on the ball, welcoming, helpful, you feel/are safe, they care"

"Having seen a few reviews on here before booking and many other premier inn hotels close by fully booked, we took the chance with this place. We got interconnected rooms which was requested (good start) and the rooms were of usual Premier inn fit and finish. This is not one of the refurbished hotels but it’s not one of the oldest styles we’ve had either. The room and bathroom were cleaned very well and of course the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was usual Premier Inn however it does get busy and an extra staff member to relieve some pressure wouldn’t go a miss. The staff were all pleasant and professional. We like the location right in front of the promenade and close to a lot of food establishments. For what we paid and the location, can’t really complain about much! Yes the standard WiFi is rubbish and my phone reception in and around the hotel was even worse (EE), but we went to unwind from the world so not having a good internet connection turned out to be a blessing in disguise!"

"I would like to say that my stay at this caravan park was one of the best stays of my life, comfy beds, nice scenery, great fun in the club at night, swimming pool is roasting which makes you feel like your in a foreign country. If you would like to go i would definitely recommend it worth the money and not to far from local shops. Location was brilliant. Caravan was very clean and looked very professional. Very quiet at nice and during the day on your passing speak to you in a very well mannered tone. Check in and Out is Quick and easy"
