Having had a transportation problem, I asked the Hotel to use the shuttle to a nearby station. The person who accompanied me kindly wanted to go down with me to check the availability of trains/buses and, realizing a possible problem, did not hesitate to find another solution, accompanying me to another location and advising me on how to continue the trip. The room we received was amazing and we loved every moment of our visit. Wine tasting tour at the castle is a must, we enjoyed ours with great introduction to the wines. This place is definitely worth a visit and one of the most romantic places when on honeymoon."
