They have a salad bar, pasta/potatoes, and after-dinner drinks like coffee/tea, all for 25 CHF per person. "Shuttle bus to/from airport is only free for guest if booked directly with hotel and it cost 8 Swiss per pax for non direct bookings. Which is not a good approach for first timer guest stay in my opinion and location is a little inconvenient, walks about 15-20min to nearest train station. Booking through trip.com makes us “not” official guest. But overall our trip at Zurich is still good, hotel room itself is not bad, secure and clean, which is still worth it to stay. Staff is helpful with guides and friendly. 👍"

"A really good and positive start to our Switzerland holiday.  Booked into the Intercity Hotel Zurich and requested for an early check in. Was approved and complimentary as a HHonors member.  Fantastic location and nearby to the airport with a free shuttle from the airport.  Checked in by Mr Danni who is well mannered and helpful through our our stay. It is valuable staff like Mr Danni that makes the hotel stand out from the others.  Breakfast is good and the coffee is delicious.  Planning to end my holidays with another stay there before heading back home to Singapore.  Thank you."

"I had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was neat and clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice and convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of options which we enjoyed each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was excellent as it always arrived right on time. We also loved the pizza we had at the hotel for dinner during our stay. One small thing I really liked was the shower gel it smelled so lovely. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily visit again."
