"Smallish rooms but very good inclusions, modern. Some surprising additions that not many hotels include these days, such as real wine glasses, a full size refrigerator. The location is hard to beat being just across the road from the Top Ryde shopping centre. A large roof deck with tables, chairs and lounges. An onsite cafe. Pleasant professional 24 hour service. Will definitely stay here next time the occasion arises."

"This hotel is really good at hunger marketing. They clearly have rooms, but two people booked them at the same time. After paying, they were told that the order was cancelled. If they booked again, the price would increase. The toilet light was broken and the hygiene was average. Most hotels would provide a bottle of milk, but this one was so stingy that it only provided a few thumb-sized jelly-topped milk. It is next to a crossroads and is very noisy because it is close to two roads."
