"If you stay in an economy class room, it's really far from the front desk to your room. I didn't know how to turn on the heater in the room, so it was cold... The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious! The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, and it was also about a 10-minute walk to the supermarket, so it was very convenient!"

"It was a bit difficult to find at first because you had to check in at the supermarket, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The shared living room, shared bathroom, and toilet were also clean. When we stayed there, there were about 1 other person besides us (2 people), but we never ran into each other except when we left! The supermarket is close, and I heard that I could use the sled in front of the door, so I went on a sled. There are many buses and tour companies around Sariselka Holiday Club, so it's good to get the location benefits:) Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can also store your suitcase in the office next to the supermarket."

"The duplex apartment has a spacious three-bedroom layout, with views of the sunrise and aurora borealis from the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a Kmarket nearby where you can buy all sorts of things, making it suitable for the whole family. The front desk is a bit of a walk from the hotel, and the service is just so-so."

"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."
