"Terrible hotel, on the website they don't specify that the room doesn't have a balcony, when you get there the bathroom smells rotten, the clothes are hung out to dry in a bad way by the window, according to them the quadruple rooms don't have a balcony, bad manners at reception, terrible food, there's a disco next door, sleeping with the windows open is impossible until 7 in the morning, noise, the only good thing is the proximity to the beach, I won't come back even if they gave it to me"

"Food was good and the price we paid for the hotel was good value. Hotel itself is basic pool area felt like all bitty no good places to sit, sun beds were good. Pool doesn’t open till 11am which I found very strange. Entertainment is non existent and nothing going on at night or there was but no vibe. Not much near the hotel was open, we did go to a nice Indian one night, spent time at the port and travelled into Valencia and main area of Gandia. Beach is nice and clean, if I had of known before going to this hotel that there wasn’t much going on in the hotel or within walking distance we would of planned more day trips further a field. There was a vile family staying whilst we were there and the man was extremely aggressive shouting and swearing in communial areas daily however don’t felt like the team dealt with this sufficiently."
