Hotel New Otani Saga
"The Hotel is in an Old Area of Saga Japan and the Hotel also feels very old. Not my ideal type of accommodation."
Saga International Guesthouse Hagakure
"Check-in was simple. Bicycle rental was 500 yen per day. The building is right next to the main road, with cars passing by all night, so the soundproofing is terrible. The room and kitchen are separated by a curtain, making it very noisy—noise from all sorts of sources. However, the hostel atmosphere was nice, and they provided free earplugs. Everything else, like towels, cost extra, and the towels actually had a distinctly sour smell, which was disgusting. This was the first time I'd stayed in such a poorly hygienic place in Japan. Towels cost 100 yen, and a small cup of cola costs 300 yen. I recommend bringing your own towels."
Hotel Route-Inn Saga Ekimae
"The hotel is located right across from JR Saga Station. The staff provides excellent service. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases, and the bed is comfortable. Amenities are provided in the room. Breakfast is served in a buffet style. While the selection may not be very diverse, it meets standard expectations."
Apahotel Saga-Ekimae-Chuo
"This is is classic Apahotel, very similar to other hotels of this brand. The room is very small. The only space to store bags is under the bed, yet the bed is high enough to place several M-sized suitcases. Even being small, the room is well-equiped. We got aircon, kettel, friege, fan and all range of amenities. Staying here you get new towels and ukatas every day. It seems a bit excessive for me, but thank you anyway! The stuff is welcoming and helpfull. The location's comfortable. The station is in 7-minutes walk, also there combini and several cafes and idzakaya nearby. Nice place for a short stay!"
Toyoko Inn Saga Ekimae
"As most of the Toyoko Inn, this one locates next to the JR Saga station and is pretty convenient for traffic. The room is relatively big compared to other hotel with new stuff."
Saga City Hotel
"good quality. good service. Mandarin, English, Japanese are okay. very convenient. 5 mins distance to the Saga station both public and private bathrooms are available. There was also a breakfast available which costs 600 yen but the quality is terrible."
Ryokan Akebono
"The hotel environment is great The food is super delicious and authentic The service staff are also very friendly Have a wonderful experience"
Comfort Hotel Saga
"Love this hotel chain, used few times already, definitely will be in my hotel list in my next trip."
APA Hotel Sagaeki Minamiguchi
"It's closer to the station than you think, so you don't have to worry about late at night. There's a small but great public bathhouse to relieve fatigue, and the coffee provided as a welcome drink is delicious and the staff is friendly. The floor is carpeted and the room is dry, so I was disappointed that there was no air purifier that also has a humidifier, but it's the best in terms of cost-effectiveness! If your only purpose is to sleep, it's not a bad choice, but if you're staying at the hotel for a long time, you might be disappointed."

Ryokan Tokyoya
"A warm, understanding of local culture, comfortable hot springs, dinner and breakfast food is very rich and delicious, the mother-in-law received is very kind and friendly, an unforgettable stay worth visiting 👍😊"
Kakureisen
"We stayed here to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. I have used it twice before, and the customer service, food, and location were amazing, and I decided to use it for my family's anniversary. This time I used Tsuru's Ongaeshi Plan, and I am especially grateful to the person in charge of the video for being so kind to me. If it becomes popular, people may not be able to stay as easily as they used to, but I'm really grateful to you, so I decided to write a review."
Suginoya
"The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the staff are very friendly, but the food has room for improvement. I don't know if the tabletop in the room is discolored or not clean. The paper towels turned yellow when I brushed them with water. But overall very comfortable. 👍🏻"
Kumanokawa Hot Springs Onsen Minshuku Mimi
"This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast (B&B), and the shared bathroom and sink were somewhat inconvenient. The hot springs are family-style, but due to the lack of a separate heating system, it was quite cold even in early March. However, the hot spring water was relatively good. Even with the room heater on, the room was still a bit chilly, and the refrigerator provided was unclean and very unclean. The breakfast selection was decent, but I wish some of the food was served a little warmer."
Villa Ishinokura Hotel
"We were extremely satisfied with the environment, service, infrastructure, and hygiene. Although we were out early and back late and didn't spend much time at home, it felt like coming home as soon as we arrived. The sound system, cooking facilities, bedding, and shower facilities all showed thoughtful attention to detail. They even provided complimentary face masks daily. A hotel definitely worth staying at again! 🏨"
Oogiya Ryokan
"This traditional Japanese hot spring hotel is located in the suburbs of Saga City, a 45-minute bus ride from Saga Station. The surrounding area consists of smaller hot spring inns; this one is situated by the Kase River, so rooms with river views may have a louder sound of rushing water. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and it seems the poet Saito Mokichi once stayed here. Breakfast and dinner are quite plentiful. One thing to note: the last dish served at dinner on the second day is soba noodles (wakaboshi), which might be a bit repetitive if you've eaten at a nearby farmhouse restaurant. The grilled sweetfish at dinner on the first day was delicious. It seems all the staff are elderly women; the receptionist is quite friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, it's a very traditional, relaxing mountain hot spring inn."
Sagayamato Onsen Hotel Amandi
"The attitude of staffs are very good however the facility is extremely old and there was smell during the stay at room"
Senpuku
"It still feels expensive. It's clean, but the conditions are a bit lacking."
Furuyu Onsen Oncri
"The hotel is luxury with excellent services. It provided parking services. We can enjoy the welcome drinks while the hotel staff are arranging for our check-in. The onsen was also excellent with Japanese outdoor and indoor onsen, onsen for foot, jacuzzi and steam bath. The food is also great, very delicious and healthy. I highly recommend this hotel."
Furuyu Onsen Saga Fuga
"Good."
Tsukasa Ryokan
"Onsen is excellent and the mattress is perfect"
Hotel Ryutouen
"It's a historic hotel, blessed with nature and a great environment, but it was disappointing that the first-floor game floor and outdoor pool looked like storage sheds and were rather bleak, the toilet in the room still had a large vertical crack, the carpet was in tatters with large holes, and the toilet door was noticeably worn.I was also disappointed that the ceiling of the mist sauna in the large public bath (a vent or fluorescent light?) was still broken."
