"Please, I haven't even arrived home yet; I'm in my car! These days have been great. The Belvedere Hotel was great, yes, but the complement was made with the Vila Romana Hotel, which is part of the same hotel chain, and they helped me out a lot with their excellent spa! Because at the Belvedere, the spa was in the basement with no elevator, and I would never have been able to get a massage, but at the Vila Romana, it was perfect! So it was convenient for me to really enjoy it. But the other things were very good. 👍Thank you, SD."

"Start with the positives. Hotels clean. Pool good. Rooms cleaned daily. Close to the main town. Negatives. Had to pay for a fridge. Don't speak hardly any English. Door keys had to be changed on many occasions and the food was a big no no. Disgusting in fact. No entertainment and when there was it was no good. No indoor pool. Rude staff. Came back with horrendous stomach pains. Book a room only and eat out would be my advice"

"What a difference in just 9 months the hotel is clean , staff friendly , food was dreadful first few days and the large parties of school kids 4 in 10 day plus and 2 over 60s trips made the holiday very unpleasant .Pensioners were a nightmare queuing to fill cereal bowls with warm milk and coffee nobody else could get near the machines a d if you were lucky enough they had nothing left in them. The dining room manager is a bit of a jobsworth also . Won't be back after this"

"The hotel is good, but the overcrowding in the common areas makes it horrible to go down to the dining room, it is excessive. The bathroom leaked water and made a constant noise. Otherwise it is well located and quality-price is good."

"As repeated by many others the main issue that lets this Hotel down is the food. I have a varied appetite but found a few nights nothing was appeasing to the point we would walk in and see what was on offer and then leave and go to one of the many restaurants near-by. Room and the rest of the Hotel was spotlessly clean. We went on the last week of the season so the Hotel was quite quiet but there was some night-time entertainment still on. Ideally placed as you are 2 minutes away from many local bars and restaurants. The Beach is within walking distance as well even for someone with poor mobility like my Wife. If the Hotel could improve the food on offer then i would definitely have given it a higher score."
