"Once again this establishment offered us much more than what we expected and that we had already seen in 2023. On the criteria: -Welcome, flawless, the boss, Armando, has a reassuring smile, he is always in an even mood even if a delivery setback, for example, calls into question the day's schedule. It feels good. -Adaptation to a particular customer request, in front of us, immediate solution found. - Perfect hospitality, impeccable comfort and cleanliness.* -High quality catering, the second boss, Jean-Yves, is keen to delight his hotel guests with tasty dishes. The plate before your eyes makes your mouth water. The ingredients, although well-known, surprise you as their taste is increased tenfold thanks to the healthy products used by this chef. We feel the attachment to his profession through what he prepares. "The hotel is austere, verging on soulless, on top of a hill with high fencing all round reinforcing the feeling of being in a compound... We did not eat in the restaurant but breakfast was a predictable buffet: too many items - meaning that cheese was dry because it had been out too long - and the croissants ran out... Coffee was filtered in a jug and, although there was a proper coffee machine, it was not offered as an alternative to the filtered jug - the staff either didn't know how to use it (my husband asked) or it was not to be used for breakfast. It would have made a huge difference to have had proper coffee. We had a standard room which was small and there was nowhere to sit - one chair/desk close to the bed - other than on the bed itself. The towels and linen were lovely. "

"The room was average and dinner was good and reasonably. Breakfast was 11€ each and the night before we said we would take it. My wife was unwell in the morning and I started to explain‘ elle mal de’, but did not to finish my sentence, being shown to the breakfast room. The whole stay was ruined when I was told I was very paying for 2 breakfasts as I had ‘commende’. Totally unnecessary to make a charge on a 202 euro bill for a breakfast when one person is unwell and unable to attend."
