"it is very nice location. You can feel winery room positions are easy to get inside. Bathrooms are not so big. They are small and breakfast is not very good variety there is very LES selection. She is one or two star cheese and nothing to eat. We couldn't find it on breakfast actually Italy has great choice of breakfast even no fresh croissant so we couldn't be happy on breakfast but stuff are great. I like staff people."

"The location is located very good between Florence and Pisa,I think 6 km to San Gigmiano (where you can find good restaurants to eat) the view is amazing, the bed very confortable, the garden so nice, the staf so kind and the breakfast good! "What an amazing stay! Frim the minute Elio greeted us we knew we were in for a treat. The location was beautiful, and the hotel has 12 rooms, so it's very quiet and relaxed. The included breakfast is amazing, and Elio makes one mean Cappuccino! I always asked him to make me a second, they were that good! He also worked to help setup transportation to and from the winery and San Gimignano, both of which I highly recommend."

"What a fantastic estate, combining a Michelin-starred restaurant and accommodation! We arrived around 12 PM, and the front desk staff immediately and warmly checked us in. They even took us to our room, gave us a tour of the hotel, and thoroughly explained all the facilities, including the hiking route to San Gimignano! After enjoying a delicious meal at the Michelin restaurant, we hiked to the medieval 'Manhattan' and found the walking distance from the hotel to the tower city was just right! The breakfast on the second day was also very abundant! This is a highly recommended hotel for anyone visiting San Gimignano! Thumbs up! 👍👍👍"

"The best part of our trip! We landed in Venice where we stayed 4 days. If I knew how much I’d love it here though, I would’ve loved to come here a day earlier. The entire place is spotless, with daily housekeeping. You start the day, with an amazing spread of food for breakfast. Hospitable, and wonderful owners always smiling and happy. who cook all the delicious homemade authentic Italian dishes and, make you feel like part of their family. Dinner is served at 8 pm, which gives you times to do all the day trips you’d like to, and make it back for a nap, or swim before your delicious homemade 4 course dinner every night. You see the farmer working is fields during the day, and in the evening he comes in with a big smile for dinner after his guests are fed. He dines with his family and staff, such a perfect family atmosphere, we loved seeing that. Breathtaking views from our bedroom window of San Gimignano, and room our bathroom, you overlook the vineyards.. both breathtaking sights to see. I’m sad to be leaving here an a few days, but we have memories and so many photos that I will cherish, that were made right here in this little piece of heaven. "We stayed a weekend inside the ancient walls of medieval Manhattan at Duccio Nacci-Rooms... the three rooms have been renovated a month ago... you can see the attention to detail from the floors to the lights in the open walk-in closets, the bathroom has a walk-in shower with free entry.. the bed is very comfortable, the open bedside table with its wall lamp and lots of electrical sockets make it very functional.. elegance is the key word, in fact the furniture is embellished with the owner's photographic works and a small niche library.. highly recommended.."

"The location and hotel were very good. The owner wasn't very friendly, and communication with him was nonexistent. Service was very poor, if not nonexistent. Breakfast was limited and always the same. The first coffee was free, but after that, you had to pay. I've never experienced that in any other hotel. I wouldn't book it again. Tuscany itself, however, is beautiful."

"Good location & breakfast. But our rooms were up a steep set of marble stairs, and our bathroom had two (dangerous!) steps up into it as well. Nowhere in the description of the multiple reviews I read did any mention a steep staircase. If you want/need first floor rooms, be sure to request them. The property description does, however, clearly state toiletries are included. We received an extremely small sliver of soap wrapped in brown paper and scotch taped. We also received 2 paper packets of shower gel which were impossible to open in the shower. Be sure to take scissors into the shower with you. Although our beds were made daily, we never received any more shower gel. Two people, three nights, two shower gel pkts. Doesn't figure. I hope Carmela does not come back in a reply that we should have requested more shower gel. That is something that should be checked when the room is refreshed and should not be up to guests to chase down. Sadly, we found Carmela to be short-tempered and very defensive. Our 3 night stay was rather stressful due to that."

"The whole experience was amazing! We were a group of 18 friends and each and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit. We were met by Riccardo who was so knowledgeable and friendly who showed us the cellar and the vineyard. We were presented with a beautiful 4 course meal, the food was exquisite and accompanied by their wine which were amazing. Such a friendly and enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend you visit this vineyard."
