The Maple Room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and offered everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The room quality and amenities were truly impressive. The food deserves a special mention—it was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. Every meal was enjoyable and added to the overall experience. What really makes this property stand out are its facilities. The play area, swimming pool, game room, and recreational activities are exceptionally well maintained and cater to guests of all age groups. There was never a dull moment, and every aspect of the resort reflected thoughtful planning and attention to detail. The hospitality, service, ambiance, and overall experience were simply outstanding. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend Brightland Resort to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar. "We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar for 1 night and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Staff was friendly, polite and always ready to help, food was good. Highlight of our stay was the breathtaking valley view from our room. Monsoon is just setting in and for the entire 2 days we enjoyed rain, rolling clouds and a dramatic green landscape. Right in front of the hotel is the Lingmala valley. Although the waterfall itself was hidden by clouds and mountains, but watching the clouds move through the valley was a beautiful experience. We could also see the Lingmala trekking route from our patio itself. As a wildlife photographer, this stay was extra special for me. Without even leaving the room, I photographed several wonderful endemic birds, including multiple pairs of Nilgiri Wood Pigeons, Indian Blackbirds, Yellow-browed Bulbuls, Vigors's Sunbirds and many Malabar Whistling Thrushes that kept singing throughout 2 days. I was also lucky to spot a Lesser Yellownape at this property. At night, the sounds of tree frogs and bush frogs created a wonderful natural atmosphere.. loved it! If you enjoy nature, birdwatching or simply relaxing with an incredible valley view, this place is perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar."

Forest Escapes Koyna
"Forest Escapes is situated on the hill in a semi forested area. Access is through private uphill dirt road (is also okay for sedans & small cars). The various rooms are at different levels of the slope of the hill. They have deluxe rooms, suite rooms spread across different types of cottages (Magnolia G+1, Plumeria & Mulberry Ground structure and Sky villa (G+2). Apart they have two two bedroom villa with pool and one three bedroom secluded villa with pool. The villas have sitouts and bonfire areas. Some suites have private parking. The deluxe rooms are situated at the top with pool, spa & activity in that section. Front Desk, restaurant and bar are at one location. The rooms are large in size, well furnished but with simple furniture (adequate). The bed & bath linen was good. Bed is comfy. AC is provided only in bedrooms (suite) and the sitting room has cooler. We were provided in room RO filter for water. Ample power points. Toilets are clean and good, again not lavish but adequate. Lots of activities pertaining to farm, forest and local sightseeing. Some are included and some chargeable. They also have bonfire and similar activities. The resort area is large and afforested, the roads and pathways nicely done. Food at restaurant was good, room service was also prompt. Spa was good, pool is also nice. The staff was polite, helpful and mannered. You are remembered and greeted. The only thorn in the flesh was housekeeping, though my experience was so great that I did not deduct any star in review (room not cleaned till late afternoon, towels not provided, improper cleaning, handwash was not filled). However when prompted, they immediately obliged. The experience at the resort is calm and relaxing. You are amidst the nature and feel soothed. It is to be noted that certain responsibilities towards nature are to be maintained whence staying here. A nice rejuvenating stay."

"Rooms - medium size rooms and standard room might not fit families with kids. But decent rooms. We just book this place for our night stay bathroom - small bathroom. Shower tap is somehow not functioning properly. Door lock also having some issue food - strictly ok. We ordered simple dal and rice with aloo matar sabji but still cook not able to manage it as expected service - support staff was good no issues overall i would say it's an average hotel and can be chosen only for night stay"

"Property is average to use as it is old property, pictures which are shown are of new property when it was built, staff is insufficient and mainly they don’t give room service after 11 pm in the night, whether electricity goes or T V doesn’t works or Hot water doesn’t comes in the bathroom, they says service is closed now, will see it tomorrow morning. "We had an outing planned of our office staff team of about 80 members at Hotel Padmavati palace. The rooms were alloted in 4 sharing as they had 1 bedroom hall type family rooms. The hotel staff was very helpful specially Kishor who helped us with the bonfire for our entire group in the night time with music speaker. We also enjoyed our time in pool area during afternoon time. I would recommend this hotel for group trips."
