"Rooms - medium size rooms and standard room might not fit families with kids. But decent rooms. We just book this place for our night stay bathroom - small bathroom. Shower tap is somehow not functioning properly. Door lock also having some issue food - strictly ok. We ordered simple dal and rice with aloo matar sabji but still cook not able to manage it as expected service - support staff was good no issues overall i would say it's an average hotel and can be chosen only for night stay"

"Location is a bit far from the Mahabaleshwar city. If you don't have your own vehicle, it will be too costly to move around. Hardly 2-3 restaurants in 1kms periphery. Rooms are ok, we booked super deluxe room, clean rooms- but doesn't give you the luxury vibes. Staff was great. Anytime available. Breakfast was ok. limited options. In a nutshell, budget friendly hotel, not so bad. If you are looking for luxurious hotel, this is not a best fit."

The staffs were very well-behaved and prompt in understanding our needs. The food was excellent - there was always a very prompt response and quick delivery from the restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the person at reception was very polite and helped us to plan our trips, arranging for cabs, helping with luggages etc. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family."
