"The location is excellent. Upon check-in, the security guard asked to see our passports and booking details, and then a butler came to escort us in, which made us feel very secure. The room is small but clean and tidy, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and an electric stove. The highlight is definitely the pools. Building A has a beautiful infinity pool on its top floor, and Building B has a pool and a gym on the third floor. Your room card grants access to the elevators in both buildings. I'm very satisfied; I almost learned how to swim during my stay!"

"The hotel’s spacious but a little bit old and the hallway smelled a little unpleasant for me. However, i like the bathroom and the staff were so nice and helpful. I asked for the restaurant recommendation and they always offered help throughout the stay. The most impressive thing is i forgot my charger in the hotel room and they delivered it to me in Bangkok without extra charge. The overall is great!!!"

From the moment we checked in, the whole place felt like a full-scale space-themed theme park. Everything is designed with families in mind: 🚀 The water park is super fun and well-maintained 🚀 The indoor playhouse is huge and clean 🚀 And most importantly, the staff are friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy The room quality is excellent — beautifully decorated with a space theme, very clean, and surprisingly practical. Big fridge, comfortable beds, and a nice bathtub. If I have to mention one small thing, the room lighting is a bit dim — but still totally fine overall. Breakfast is superb! So many options with multiple cooking stations preparing fresh food. Lots of staff taking care of guests and keeping everything running smoothly — really impressive service. The kids activities and space-themed courses are also very fun and engaging. My child absolutely loved them. Overall, this hotel delivers way beyond expectations. Perfect for families, and we will definitely come back! Highly recommended — 6 out of 5!"

"The room was quite spacious, although there wasn’t any chair provided and the amount of drinking water was a bit limited. The bathroom was large, though there was some minor water seeping through the floor — not really a big issue. The location was good; it’s not right by the beach, but food and shops are easy to find nearby. The hotel itself has plenty of space, including a kids’ playroom and a few swimming pools. The overall atmosphere was lovely — the garden and landscaping were beautifully done. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"Nice relatively quiet hotel but with the potential for big events and meetings. The stay here was comfortable. Facilities for kids were nice, especially the slide was great fun. Breakfast was quite delicious with many choices. Enjoyed it! Beach is small though and sea water wasn't the clearest at the time we were there but that's out of the control of the hotel. Fun entertainment with a fire show in the evenings on the grassy area in between the beach and the hotel's main area."

"The hotel's location and amenities are quite good. It's more like an apartment building with no front desk. A concierge provides the room card upon arrival. However, it's very noisy at night with singing downstairs. There's a pool on the 31st floor and a laundry room and gym on the 30th. Doing a load of laundry costs 60 baht, and it requires six coins. There's no laundry detergent provided."

"Stayed in Building 3, 1st floor — could clearly hear the noise from the Innosense and Adorable Kids area, as it's very close to the kids' pool. The sun sets in the evening was so nice, breakfast was also great."

"The hotel has both prominent advantages and disadvantages. Let's start with the disadvantages: 1. The hotel is not yet fully renovated. Floors 1-5 are available. Upon first entering, there was a noticeable construction odor; it's unclear if it contains harmful gases. Since the windows cannot be opened and rely entirely on air conditioning, ventilation is not a reliable way to increase safety. The rooftop has a children's play area and a gym, but the odor is even stronger there. The swimming pool is outdoors, with fresh air. 3. The double room beds are 0.8 meters wide, which is a bit narrow. 4. A 2000 baht cash deposit is required for each room; credit cards are not accepted. 5. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of a lot of trash below. To enjoy the view, you must look up and at eye level; do not look down. 6. The location is somewhat awkward. There are no convenience stores nearby, and songthaews (shared taxis) don't pass by; you have to walk 5-10 minutes to find one. It's also a bit far from lively areas. Many advantages: 1. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and polite. A beautiful welcome drink is served upon check-in, and a minibar is provided with snacks, coffee, tea, cola, soda, chocolate, etc. 2. The bath towels and bathrobes in the room are new and clean, making them safe to use. 3. The shower water pressure is strong, making showering very comfortable. 4. You can see the sunrise clouds from the bed; the mattress is thick and very elastic. 5. The breakfast is good, with a cake and bread area, a coffee and juice area, milk and cereal, yogurt smoothies, and the option to cook local noodles and fried eggs. There are also some light meals with meat and vegetables, and fruit and vegetable salads. It's a good breakfast option. In short, it's a good hotel. For this price, the cleanliness and hygiene make it good value for money."

"The staff provided excellent service, The room was in good condition, the view was beautiful, The swimming pool was ok, The fitness room opened a bit late at 8:00 and the room key card could not be used to open it, had to contact the staff to open it, Breakfast had a variety of delicious menus, The beach was private, not crowded, there were free kayaks available, the sea water was not very clear, there was quite a lot of sediment."
