Find 3-Star Hotels in Pattaya

I would like to share my experience, focusing primarily on the customer service. While the room itself was acceptable and the facilities were reasonable for the price—despite the lack of a Smart TV—the check-in process at reception was completely unacceptable. The staff member was unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality. While they seemed pleasant with other guests, their attitude shifted completely when it was my turn. I felt a clear sense of discrimination, perhaps due to my nationality or passport. Even though I asked simple questions, they responded with visible impatience. What they might not have realized is that I also work in the hotel industry here in Thailand, holding a senior position in the Front Office. I am fluent in Thai and understand the culture well. Choosing to check in using English shouldn't result in such a cold and dismissive attitude. It was a highly unprofessional encounter that has left a very bad impression. I don't know how this hotel manages its service standards or what actions will be taken, but I will certainly not be returning. ผมขออนุญาตแชร์ประสบการณ์การเข้าพัก โดยเน้นไปที่การบริการลูกค้าครับ ในส่วนของห้องพักถือว่าโอเคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสมกับราคา แม้จะไม่มี Smart TV แต่สิ่งที่ยอมรับไม่ได้เลยคือการบริการตอน Check-in ของพนักงานต้อนรับครับ พนักงานไม่มีความยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสเลย ในขณะที่เขาบริการลูกค้าคนอื่นด้วยท่าทีที่ดี แต่พอถึงคิวของผม ท่าทีกลับเปลี่ยนไปอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ผมรู้สึกถึงการเลือกปฏิบัติ ซึ่งอาจจะมาจากสัญชาติในพาสปอร์ตของผม พนักงานแสดงอาการไม่เต็มใจตอบคำถามและไม่มีความอดทน สิ่งที่พนักงานอาจไม่ทราบคือ ผมเองก็ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรมในประเทศไทยเช่นกัน และดำรงตำแหน่งระดับบริหารในแผนกต้อนรับ (Front Office) ผมสามารถพูดและสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี แต่การที่ผมเลือก Check-in เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ไม่ควรเป็นเหตุผลให้พนักงานแสดงท่าทีที่เย็นชาและดูถูกเช่นนี้ เป็นการกระทำที่ขาดความเป็นมืออาชีพอย่างมาก ผมไม่แน่ใจว่าทางโรงแรมมีการจัดการมาตรฐานการบริการอย่างไร หรือจะมีการดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างไรบ้าง แต่สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ทำให้ผมตัดสินใจได้ทันทีว่าจะไม่กลับมาใช้บริการที่นี่อีกแน่นอนครับ

The room was really spacious and very clean. The facilities were great, and I loved that there were plenty of drawers for storage. The location is perfect for food lovers and shoppers alike. It’s also very quiet and spotless — a truly comfortable stay!

This is like a second home to me. I have stayed here many times over the years and I will continue to choose this great hotel that's in a great location.

The hotel is in very good location, close to Pattaya beach, Terminal 21. U get what you pay for and the value is really good!

I can see the very hard work of furnishing this old building into different rooms, the Burmese migrant worker cleaning service was excellent. However, the drain hole of the shower area in the bathroom was not quite a good experience, plus this building has no lift so anyone who is coming to stay should be aware. It’s not the building’s fault but every building within 1km has the same problem, legs have to be strong to live here.

Overall, it's a standard chain hotel – nothing too fancy, but the affordable price makes it great value for money. The best thing about this hotel is its location; it's incredibly convenient with attractions, restaurants, and shops all concentrated nearby. Most places are within walking distance, so you don't need to take taxis or public transport often, which makes getting around a breeze. It's perfect for travelers on a budget who plan to be out exploring most of the time and just need a simple, clean place to stay.

Great location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby! They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need. Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗

I like this hotel and I have stayed here many times. Location is good and staff and reception people are friendly. Though I have never tried breakfast in this hotel but I always booked my room with breakfast. Room and bathroom lights need to be improved because lights are dull and not bright. Either changed good lights or atleast changed bulbs which are more brighter which can give bright and pleasant look to the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was excellent. The hotel boasts a beautiful setting with lush greenery, creating a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. My room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and the bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Overall, both the hotel's environment and service were outstanding, and I highly recommend it. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Rating: ★★★★★

The room is big enough for couple and with complete amenities inside the room. Thr pool is amazing though we didn't had the chance to use it. The hassle only was the check in, because the details wasn't complete about which tower or room no and floor. And can't understand English. But the location was great. Lots of street foods and bars and just in front of the beach. Easy access in everyday needs specially when you rent motorcycle it's more convenient for 300Batts a day. Wonderful experienced on my pre birthday celebration. Thank you.
