The caring staff met us right on the street! :) They immediately asked if we had forgotten anything in a taxi, and it turned out we had forgotten something, not in a taxi, but on the bus we took from the airport to Pattaya. We asked for help to call the bus station and inquire if our bag had been found on the bus, and it was! We were told which station to go to, and we retrieved everything. Special thanks for their help and promptness. The room was excellent, with a great view from the balcony. There's a drying rack on the balcony, and our clothes dried quickly. The hotel has a gym. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It was a buffet, plus a menu with national dishes and omelets. Next to the hotel, there's a wholesale alcohol market and a 7/11.

Our first time here and we were so impressed! We came for our wedding anniversary with our 5-year-old, and the service and care we received were exceptional. The room was lovely. We ordered BBQ to our room, and it was so worth it – very generous portions. Breakfast was great, and the pool was fantastic. Every single staff member, from every department, was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable! This will definitely be our family's go-to hotel from now on. We used to stay at other 5-star hotels, but from now on, every trip must include The Gems Mining 🤍

The room was very clean and tidy, and it was super close to the beach, only a 5-minute walk. It's right in the city center. The Chinese-speaking customer service was excellent and easy to communicate with. Everything was great, and check-in was smooth. I really liked it.

I only stayed for the last night. I felt like the hotel itself had so many facilities that you could spend a lot of time there. I think I could have really enjoyed it with two nights. The pool, in particular, was great with a lazy river and slides. They even lent out large towels, and you can access the beach directly from the pool area, making it perfect for water activities. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and satisfying. All the hotel staff were kind and provided excellent service. Terminal 21 Pattaya, where the night market is held, is about a 15-20 minute walk or a short drive away. Right next to the convenience store just outside the hotel, there were a few street food stalls. One of the Thai restaurants there was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. It was one of the best Thai meals I've had, so definitely give it a try if you get the chance.

This must be my third time at this hotel. I'm not sure if it's due to cost-cutting, but now they only provide one room key. A year ago, even when I was alone, I received two cards. However, the hotel's service is still excellent; any issue you have will be resolved immediately. The hotel is located right next to the Pattaya Immigration Office, making it easy to find. It's also close to the beach and the night market, and a new McDonald's has opened nearby, so the amenities are great.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

I was very impressed with the service, location, and overall atmosphere of the accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The property is beautifully decorated with lush greenery, creating a relaxing and pleasant environment. Everything was well maintained, and the peaceful surroundings made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a lovely ambiance.

I frequently stay here and always choose the corner room, which I love the most because the toilet and shower are separate. My only complaint is that the bathtub is right next to the toilet. The food is quite ordinary. The pool is spacious and nice. If I come back, I'll definitely book a corner room again.

This hotel Cesar Palace it’s very special because of the people that works there from the receptionist to the bellboy. They are all very courteous and ready to do whatever necessary to make you feel comfortable in the place. The place is spotless is very clean. They continue to clean all day long. I can see it when I’m walking around. It has also beautiful pool that you can cool down. I have come back after my first visit and stay longer because I felt home. It is very clean and that’s what I like about it. Also, the friendliness of the people that works there I can testify to that. It is very convenient. It’s in the heart of Pattaya. You can go walk anywhere across the street. Is Pattaya Mall that has food clothing everything that you need it’s a five minute walk distance. It’s also very close to the beach. If you like to walk, you can walk five minutes to the beach or you right Motorbike two minutes to the beach has lots of nightlife in the area that you can be entertained and eating good food so this is the spot for me when I come to Pattaya Caesar’s Palace going to be the place that I will come to visit again.

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
