First time staying here. The environment is very comfortable, perfect for a vacation. A slight inconvenience is that the place is quite large, so getting around requires the hotel's golf cart to go from the lobby to the room. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel's swimming pool is also very comfortable. The kids had a lot of fun. Breakfast was excellent! 👍🏻 It's very suitable for families with children. Also, this time we were arranged in a Yellow Sapphire room, which has a jacuzzi. Next time I might try a different room that has direct pool access. 😆

Before we arrived, we set up a group chat and checked in smoothly. The hotel was smaller than I expected, but the service and cleanliness were both good. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. It's really suitable for family trips. The rooftop pool is fantastic!

Booked a basic room, and got an upgrade since I checked in late. The view was absolutely amazing! Overall, the service was good. The dining options nearby were pretty satisfying for daily needs, and transportation was convenient; you could easily hail a taxi anytime.

I'm a repeat guest at Fifth Pattaya. And I keep coming back for more. I find the Grand Deluxe rooms more than adequate with a fantastic kitchenette, private balconies and many of the rooms have just undergone renovation. The breakfast is most acceptable, the location from the beach is just a 3 to 5 minute stroll, the staff of super friendly and efficient. There's no place I'd be happier to stay at.

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival. 🛏️ The Room & Comfort The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner. The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot. 📺 Appliances & Tech WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day. Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter. Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly. Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove. 🍳 Dining & Breakfast Served buffet-style and tasted amazing. Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods. But there were no seafood or fish available. 🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees. Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel. 🔄 Verdict We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

Excellent Stay with a Great Vibe – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful and truly relaxing time at this hotel. It is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. What I loved: • Amazing Atmosphere & Peace: The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful. If you love sunbathing, I highly recommend the swimming pool on the 2nd floor. It offers a great view, a super refreshing breeze, and a totally serene vibe. • Outstanding Service: The staff were lovely, always smiling, and more than happy to answer all my questions. Plus, a huge bonus: they allowed me to check in before 3:00 PM since my room was already ready! • Wellness & Facilities: I unfortunately missed trying out their ice bath wellness experience this time, but I am definitely coming back to try it next time! A few notes: • The room has a charming, vintage style. • In terms of cleanliness, I did find a few stray hairs in the bathtub when I arrived. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning for a quick double-check. Overall, it was a great experience with top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Honestly, i would stay in south pattaya next time just because its closer to everything, but hotel was good, a lot of selection for breakfast, room was spacious with balcony and we got the room with sea view they have 2 pools and a rooftop bar zama which had an amazing view at sunset, staff were ok not too friendly but professional i would stay here again if in jomtien

This hotel Cesar Palace it’s very special because of the people that works there from the receptionist to the bellboy. They are all very courteous and ready to do whatever necessary to make you feel comfortable in the place. The place is spotless is very clean. They continue to clean all day long. I can see it when I’m walking around. It has also beautiful pool that you can cool down. I have come back after my first visit and stay longer because I felt home. It is very clean and that’s what I like about it. Also, the friendliness of the people that works there I can testify to that. It is very convenient. It’s in the heart of Pattaya. You can go walk anywhere across the street. Is Pattaya Mall that has food clothing everything that you need it’s a five minute walk distance. It’s also very close to the beach. If you like to walk, you can walk five minutes to the beach or you right Motorbike two minutes to the beach has lots of nightlife in the area that you can be entertained and eating good food so this is the spot for me when I come to Pattaya Caesar’s Palace going to be the place that I will come to visit again.

The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
