Breakfast is highly recommended: a la carte main course + self-service buffet. The location is ideal: it's moderate for those traveling by taxi, in central Pattaya, with Big C shopping center within walking distance. The rooftop pool offers sea views, which my children loved. The room has a washing machine, but no dryer function, and laundry detergent is not provided. The towel art (little animals...) was a very thoughtful and delightful touch! It's a great place to stay that I would choose again next time.

This is my second stay here, and once again, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. It's super convenient being right opposite Central Pattaya shopping mall. There are lots of massage shops nearby, and it's close to the bars and the beach. It's lively yet peaceful, making it an ideal hotel! 😊😊

I don't think placing the stone on the shower drain is a good idea, because I saw it trapping a lot of dirt, hair, etc. Secondly, the water pressure in the shower is unstable; initially the water flow is weak and cold, then it stops for about 5 minutes before returning to normal. This happened both nights. Aside from that, e everything else in the room was very nice. Also, thanks for the decoration of my birthday in the room, and the card and cake:)

Highly recommended for families with kids! There's a water park and a beach. Plus, there's a morning market nearby selling fresh squid (be sure to go after 9 AM, otherwise they might be all sold out, and it's much cheaper than the night market). It's about a 20-minute walk to T21.

Five-star recommendation! We booked the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom supreme sea-view suite. The space was incredibly large, and having two bathrooms was super convenient for traveling with friends – no fighting over the shower! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views that were absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool is also very picturesque. It’s perfect for both family trips and friends traveling together. We were very satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Pattaya!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with 7-Eleven stores on both sides when you step out. You can also take a songthaew towards the beach, and there are plenty of food options and massage places. Walking along the beach is also very relaxing. If you're looking to unwind, this is a great choice.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

This time, I went on a relaxed 8-day, 7-night trip to Pattaya by myself, and overall, the hotel was quite good. My flight was at 2:40 AM on the 22nd. After landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport, I took the airport bus directly to the hotel, so I arrived around 12 PM. I asked the front desk if I could check in early. The front desk processed my request, but since there were no rooms available, I had to wait until 2 PM to check in. I went out to find lunch and returned at 1:30 PM, and the front desk staff informed me that my room was ready, so I checked in immediately. I was surprised when I received the room key – it was an actual key plus a long wooden stick. I later learned that the wooden stick was for activating the electricity. Well, the power card I specifically prepared wouldn't be needed. After entering the room, I was quite satisfied. The room was a good size, and I could directly see the pool on the first floor from my room, which was a plus. However, I immediately noticed that the hangers were fixed inside the wardrobe and couldn't be removed, and there was no balcony in the room; outside the window was an air conditioning unit. Also, the king-size bed I booked was actually two twin beds pushed together, but the mattress was a single piece, so it didn't really make a difference. Moreover, the pillows were the firm type that I prefer, so my sleep quality was actually quite good for these 7 days, although the room facilities were somewhat outdated. There are many massage shops around the hotel, and there's a 7-Eleven right opposite. Plus, there's a small night market next to the hotel, and Central Pattaya is directly across the street. The location is excellent. Since I didn't book breakfast and didn't eat anything at the hotel, I won't comment on the food. Regarding the service, it was quite a pleasant surprise. Every time I left and returned, the front desk ladies would smile and nod in greeting, and sometimes the bellboy would help open the door. One day, I even found welcome fruits on the table in my room. The front desk staff's English was good enough for simple communication. Then I noticed an interesting detail: the front desk would turn on the air conditioning every morning, but as soon as the sun set, the AC would be turned off, and the lobby doors would be left open. When I checked out, I had a brief chat with the front desk lady, and I plan to bring my family for our seventh vacation to Pattaya in about six months. So, this experience was really good. Firstly, the hotel offers great value for money, and secondly, the consistently smiling service from the hotel staff always kept me in a pleasant mood. This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
