Great location! It's within walking distance to the beach and right across from a shopping mall with a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping super convenient. The room is spacious with new facilities, a comfortable bed, and a kitchen and washing machine. There's also a kids' play area similar to a soft play zone next to the restaurant, which is perfect for families with children. If you're driving, the very last stretch of road to the hotel can be a bit congested, but it's a short section. Overall, highly recommended!

ipreawWe stayed in room 502, a three-bedroom suite with a central swimming pool. There's also a large red pool right in front of the room. It sleeps 6 people, with an additional 2 allowed, totaling 8 people. There's a bathtub in the room.
Complimentary amenities provided by the hotel included 6 macarons, 1 Happy Birthday cake, 6 glasses of punch, an excellent minibar, and a baby cot. We even got extra drinking water upon request before checking out, which was great, but you need to inform the hotel beforehand.
Booking through Trip.com allowed for a very late check-out. We checked in at 3 PM and checked out at 3 PM, which was fantastic.
**Atmosphere**: Lots of trees, very refreshing.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold.
**Hotel Location**: Right by the road.
**Breakfast**: Served in a large room, delicious, with plenty of food options and a neutral taste.
**Service**: Absolutely excellent! All staff members were polite from check-in to check-out. The driver service was always available and very helpful. I highly commend them!
**Activities**: There are many large swimming pools, including a saltwater pool. The activities were great, and the kids had so much fun and were very happy. The staff were helpful in finding things for them. There are bicycles to ride, a Sen Onsen, a fitness center, and a sauna.

Guest UserThe sea-view room was fantastic! The room felt super spacious, and the service was excellent!
The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning panoramic views of Pattaya and is an incredible spot to watch the sunset!
All the appliances you could need are there: washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and a large fridge!
Right outside the door, you'll find a lively street food area! Turn right from the main entrance, and you'll have easy access to massage parlors, bars, 7-Eleven, and a variety of other shops.
Absolutely fantastic, top-notch, truly superb!

Guest UserWe got the floor we wanted, and the whole family was very happy! The hotel service is particularly attentive to families with children; the staff are gentle and kind. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with stable and effective air conditioning and hot water. The public facilities are great for kids, the beach is super close, and the breakfast is plentiful. The overall environment is quiet and clean. The staff were quick to respond to our requests, and we didn't encounter any issues throughout our stay. The facilities are new and well-maintained, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. This is definitely our top choice for a family trip to Pattaya, highly recommended!

Anonymous UserExcellent hotel. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The small night market is also just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has two small pools and a restaurant with reasonable prices. The breakfast was delicious, with rice, various meats, sausages, pancakes, yogurt, dried fruits, and fresh fruits like pineapple, watermelon, and papaya. The only thing missing was pastries.
The room had a bathtub, a balcony, bathrobes, and an umbrella. The cleaning was good (for Thailand).
Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival.
🛏️ The Room & Comfort
The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner.
The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot.
📺 Appliances & Tech
WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day.
Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter.
Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly.
Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove.
🍳 Dining & Breakfast
Served buffet-style and tasted amazing.
Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods.
But there were no seafood or fish available.
🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location
Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees.
Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel.
🔄 Verdict
We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

JanicejnExcellent Stay with a Great Vibe – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful and truly relaxing time at this hotel. It is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle.
What I loved:
• Amazing Atmosphere & Peace: The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful. If you love sunbathing, I highly recommend the swimming pool on the 2nd floor. It offers a great view, a super refreshing breeze, and a totally serene vibe.
• Outstanding Service: The staff were lovely, always smiling, and more than happy to answer all my questions. Plus, a huge bonus: they allowed me to check in before 3:00 PM since my room was already ready!
• Wellness & Facilities: I unfortunately missed trying out their ice bath wellness experience this time, but I am definitely coming back to try it next time!
A few notes:
• The room has a charming, vintage style.
• In terms of cleanliness, I did find a few stray hairs in the bathtub when I arrived. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning for a quick double-check.
Overall, it was a great experience with top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Anonymous UserMy stay at Bay Beach Resort was overall okay, but there were several issues that affected my experience. The rooms were a bit dusty, which made them feel less clean than expected. Breakfast was average nothing particularly special but the restaurant itself was actually quite good for other meals.
One of the main challenges was the language barrier. I had difficulty understanding the front desk staff, and when I tried to request a few things, the miscommunication made the interaction come across as a bit rude and dismissive, even if that may not have been the intention.
I was also surprised to be charged a cleaning fee because some hair dye got onto a towel this is the first time I’ve experienced something like that at a hotel. Additionally, I asked for omelettes at breakfast and was told they weren’t available, yet I later saw another guest being served multiple omelettes, which was confusing and a bit frustrating.
Overall, the stay was just okay. There are some positives, like the restaurant, but improvements in cleanliness, communication, and consistency in service would make a big difference.

SamenxuThe front desk service was excellent, and the location was fantastic – right in the city center, across from a huge supermarket. It's only a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can catch a songthaew by the beach to Walking Street, which also takes about ten minutes. The Airplane Plaza night market is just a five-minute songthaew ride away. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.

Guest UserThe hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information.
I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire.
The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra.
Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
