Manager Lisa is incredibly sweet and always busy. Every day I see her zipping between the lobby and the restaurant, and then in the afternoon, she's helping out by the pool – she's like a beautiful hotel manager straight out of a TV drama!
I've wanted to stay at this hotel ever since it was built, and now it's become an older property 🤣. Some details in the room show paint peeling and unstable electrical outlets.
Breakfast is à la carte for the main dishes, with some self-service options. The food tastes good, but it's a shame there's no cheese at the salad bar. Because it was so busy, the staff were overwhelmed. My coffee took 20 minutes and two reminders to arrive, and after waiting half an hour for my main course, I just gave up and went back to my room 🤣.

Guest UserOur first time here and we were so impressed! We came for our wedding anniversary with our 5-year-old, and the service and care we received were exceptional. The room was lovely. We ordered BBQ to our room, and it was so worth it – very generous portions. Breakfast was great, and the pool was fantastic. Every single staff member, from every department, was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable! This will definitely be our family's go-to hotel from now on. We used to stay at other 5-star hotels, but from now on, every trip must include The Gems Mining 🤍

Five-star recommendation! We booked the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom supreme sea-view suite. The space was incredibly large, and having two bathrooms was super convenient for traveling with friends – no fighting over the shower! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views that were absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool is also very picturesque. It’s perfect for both family trips and friends traveling together. We were very satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Pattaya!

XiaoshenThis is a true family-friendly hotel that caters to all your needs when traveling with kids. The water park can keep the little ones entertained all day with water slides, a lazy river, and a diving pool. It would be even more perfect if they had a wave pool. The water park connects directly to the beach outside, so you can also swim in the sea or play in the sand. A bit further down the beach, there are seafood sashimi stalls where locals buy their fresh catches – the squid cup and squid sashimi are absolutely divine! Back to the rooms, all of them offer stunning oceanfront views with an endless horizon. The beds are comfortably firm, but the air conditioning is indeed quite noisy with a strong airflow, and since the control panel was broken, we couldn't adjust it. So, we turned off the AC at night and opened the balcony door, falling asleep to the sea breeze and waves. Also, the water in Pattaya isn't particularly clean; the filter in my portable shower head turned completely black. The hotel breakfast is incredibly lavish, almost to the point of being overwhelming, and the staff are all warm and friendly. It truly lives up to its reputation as a five-star resort in an international tourist city. Highly recommended!

Anonymous UserNewly opened hotel. The environment is upscale and clean. Breakfast offers a good variety and is delicious. Excellent value for money (approx. 500 including breakfast during peak season in July). They have connecting rooms and strict security. The bedding is comfortable and the air conditioning is just right. Although it's not on Beach Road, it's convenient for those driving, about a 15-minute drive to Terminal 21. It's also very close to the pier for trips to Koh Larn.
It would be even better if they had self-service laundry facilities. The pool is small but beautiful, perfect for photos, but not ideal for actual swimming.

Guest UserExcellent hotel, highly recommend it to everyone. The location is not bad; the beach is a bit far, but it's dirty there anyway, so you wouldn't swim. The area is quiet, but there are bars and restaurants around – life is bustling in the evenings, but not so much that it disturbs sleep. We stayed in a family room in the new building, and everything matched the photos – clean and fresh. Breakfasts were decent and tasty.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen
t.
curtains block out the light perfectly.
While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish.
🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms
✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out.
although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

natt nattieI frequently stay here and always choose the corner room, which I love the most because the toilet and shower are separate. My only complaint is that the bathtub is right next to the toilet. The food is quite ordinary. The pool is spacious and nice. If I come back, I'll definitely book a corner room again.

We recently stayed at Caesar Palace Hotel and had a fantastic experience! You simply cannot beat the location, it is right in the center and just across the road from everything you need.
The pool area is lovely and a great spot to relax during the day. While the rooms are on the older side, it is very clear that they are well-maintained, exceptionally clean, and comfortable.
A special shout-out to the reception staff, who were amazingly friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made our stay extra special and enjoyable.
We are already looking forward to returning in the future and can't wait to see the newly refurbished rooms on our next visit! Highly recommended.

Guest UserThe rooms are clean and the service is good. There's food downstairs with a restaurant. A little walk further and there's a 7-Eleven, and lots of food options right out front. There's also a swimming pool for relaxation and just chilling out.
