"I was travelling with my wife to visit my relative in Segamat. It was an ad-hoc trip, not many options for online booking and many other hotels were fully book due to Qing Ming festival. As I only need one night stay, I have choosen Ching Hua based on the review and 3 stars rating. The staffs are freindly. I have given below average rating mainly due to the facilities such as air-conditional, toilet, mattress...are rundown. The air-condition is broken, toilet flush & ventilation fan was so noisy. The worse is the smell of cigarrete in my room when someone smoking at the corridor!"

"First room’s bed sheet (room 517) was extremely dirty with foot prints on the bedsheet and hair. Complained to the staff and the gentleman immediately change a room for me (Room 515) which is much better. This is the second times l stay at the View Hotel. Quite disappointed indeed."
