"The hotel has a strategic location and a spacious beach. It's not the first time I've been to this property, but this year it's gotten worse in terms of the facilities and services. Staying on the lake side means checking in and out in the main building. You can book a restaurant dinner at reception, but if you dare ask for an outdoor table, you can't choose one unless you go to the restaurant and ask the waiter. The welcome at the restaurant is terrible. The waiter decides on the tables based on his acquaintances. You queue politely, but if a lady who knows you arrives, everything stops. If you stay in the lakeside property and need water in the evening, there's no room service. In short, it seems like you're not a guest to be pampered, but they're the ones doing you a favor."

"Overall a very good stay except for the Wi-Fi not continuously being available and the second room I moved to with a better Wi-Fi reception but didn’t have a good air conditioner also the older gentleman when I checked and assumed I didn’t speak their local language and rather than address the issue of the Wi-Fi not working properly chose to insult me ….And then give me dirty looks😂 great breakfast and I want to especially say thank you to Marina as she was very kind and professional as were all the other staff except for the aforementioned. great location and I look forward to visiting again in the future- it looks like they are making the necessary repairs- I would recommend a booster for their router to ensure all Customers have a positive experience and never assuming that a person doesn’t speak more than one language even though they may choose not to let you know they speak more than one language and understand it quite clearly."

"I was there with my partner, for what we paid I don't think we will go back again. The environment is beautiful and relaxing but offers nothing, there is only one hot water tub (not swimming pool) inside the room there is a shower and Turkish bath and sauna it is all very small and almost suffocating. The aperitif was inedible, "rancico" salami, there was salami, raw ham and cheese. It gave me a feeling of poor hygiene. (Let's hope so 🤞) paid 70 euros for an hour and a half. I expected something more. It's not my thing. It's a shame because the place is wonderful."

The hotel staff were warm and polite, and the location is superb – right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. "Very nice hotel! Easy to reach with a very large car park. Internally the hotel has a vintage style, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and kind as we were initially assigned a double room where the air conditioner did not work well and the very kind staff replaced our room immediately. I'm writing this review while I'm in the hotel curious to enjoy breakfast tomorrow morning😋☺️ the room is very warm, welcoming and the bed very comfortable. My parents are also here. They They have already come to this hotel several times because they were always satisfied. Highly recommended hotel if I return to the area I will undoubtedly stay here again!!"
