Trembesi Hotel ★★★★
"The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience."
Pranaya Boutique Hotel ★★★
"The hotel located next to Teraskota Mall. You can just walk there. It is also nit very far from ICE and AEON BSD. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable too. However, the toilet doesn’t have bidet but it is fine with me. One more thing I like about this hotel is, you don’t need universal adapter plug as their plug can suit Malaysian plug. Surely will stay here again if I come to BSD city next time."
Swiss-Belcourt Serpong ★★★
"View ok"
Hotel Santika BSD City-Serpong ★★★
"Good. It's in the same building as a supermarket and close to Aeon Mall BSD."
Treepark Residence BSD ★★★
"It's a great location plus the room has everything you'll need and be comfortable with! Loads of great food around the area too"
Grand Zuri BSD City ★★★★
"Breakfast was plentiful"
Swiss-Belhotel Serpong ★★★★
"We booked 2 days in advance and paid in full. There should be no excuse for the hotel not to prepare our room on time. But when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was still not ready and we still had to wait. Even though at that time we were very tired from the long drive. And when the room was ready, it turned out that the pillowcases and blankets were not replaced with new ones, but were used by the previous guest, as seen from the crumpled and torn pillowcases and blankets, stained sheets, missing bath mats and incomplete amenities. The food also very disappointing. The chicken was hard, the restaurant too small and the food choice is limited. Very disappointing for the 4 stars chain hotel. The only thing that good from this hotel is only the location Not recommended at all"
TreePark Hotel BSD City ★★
"The hotel is good, and the location is great. It is near with minimarket and restaurant."
Urban Hotel Serpong ★★★
"I recently stayed at Urban Hotel Serpong and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a modern and minimalist design, which makes the atmosphere feel clean and comfortable—perfect for both short stays and business trips."

Praya Room
"the room is clean and the atmosphere is quite quiet for rest.the check-in and check-out process was quite smooth although there was a little technical problem yesterday, but the staff was still cooperative to provide solutions.recommended for this price"
Apartment Roseville SOHO & Suites by Nagisa Bali
"If you live like you live alone in an apartment, everything is well-equipped. You can cook for yourself and don't expect anything when you check out. If you live for a month, it seems good."
