Excellent location, at the distance from the central area, but metro few steps from the entrance. Line 2 (which goes through all major locations and airport) is either by Didi / 1 change/ on foot.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, daily cleaning, smooth check in by friendly Henry. Receptionists don’t speak English, but doesn’t cause any problems as they have a magical digital translator with very accurate translation.

Stay experience: I had a great night at this hotel. First of all, I must commend their front desk service, EAGLE.PONY,EDEN,HENRY is very attentive and efficient. From the moment you enter the hotel, you will feel the warm and comfortable atmosphere. Facilities and services: The rooms are well equipped and well laid out, giving people a feeling of home. The bed is clean and comfortable, and the quality of sleep is guaranteed. In addition, the bathroom is well equipped and very convenient to use. Location: The hotel is conveniently located. There are many shopping malls and tourist attractions around, and it is very convenient to get around. Summary: Overall, the stay was very satisfying. Whether it is the quality of service, facilities or location, I feel that choosing this hotel is the right decision. Highly recommended for those who need to stay near here!

My family love this studio. Very spacious with a nice living room. There’s a kitchen and washer with dryer. Perfect for family☺️there’s also a bathtub in our room. I’ll recommend this place to people with parents and children.

The room is fully functional, the front desk PONY service is very good, the room service is very fast, parking is convenient, it is convenient to take a taxi to other places, it is also very convenient to do the subway. Joy City is across the street and has a lot of food to eat. The hotel is next to the Changfeng Park, it is very good to come out with colleagues for a meeting. Also, I heard there is an aquarium next door. I must visit it next time.

Very clean room. Superb location. There’s a big mall across the road. It’s also near Hongqiao airport. Will definitely use Sincere Residence when I visit Shanghai again.
