Loved my stay here! The place is newly renovated inside a heritage house, located right in the heart of Phuket Town — super convenient and just a short walk to Phuket Old Town and the weekend walking street. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on — you can really feel the premium-quality mattress (unlike many other Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!). Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Phuket.

This is not the first time staying here but was unfortunately not the best experience overall.  Our villa had a problem with the toilet flush in one bedroom and smell of **** and/or sewage in the other bathroom.  On the only full day that we were in the villa, we had non-stop interruptions to our relaxing with 5 different visits to the villa for maintenance of some sort.

Excellent, the hotel as a park was very impressive. The room is very nice, the view from a big window to the picturesque staircase, the interior courtyard of the hotel. I liked the shower - on the floor is not slippery stone, around the stone, water is not accumulated, the floor next to the shower is also laid out of the stones, and also is not slippery, well and just beautiful. On the exit from the bathroom, a leg carpet, which was so short everywhere. The only thing that is almost convenient is the air conditioner opposite the bed, almost went out at night, and without it is soft. I fully recommend!

The place is Good near from Street but i choose the inside Room i enjoy and evening nea the beach and 7/11 If you arrive late in night inform them they will keep the kays in a box for you when you arrive you can go to your Room.

I liked the hotel very much. It is literally 5-10 minutes to the sea, the beach is excellent. There are many cafes, restaurants, massage parlors for every taste nearby. In the evenings, about 100 meters away, they cooked excellent street food. There are many small shops, like 7/11, but there are no shopping centers - you have to go there. The room was on the 2nd floor, spacious, with a bay window overlooking a lightly loaded street, the air conditioner is located quite well. The room has a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, two cups and 2 glasses. Sufficient number of sockets, there is even an extension cord. Every day they leave 2 bottles of water at the door. In the bathroom there is only soap, gel and shampoo, you need to use your own. The room is clean, in order for cleaning and changing the linen, you need to turn on a special light bulb at the door. Among the disadvantages, one can note an uncomfortable bulky armchair and the lack of chairs. We had to use bedside tables as stools. Also, there is nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry.

What an incredible hotel. While it is a little ways out of Old Phuket Town, it's only about 10 minutes by car, and super easy to get a car through Grab. It had stunning views, amazing service, and we got fresh towels and soaps every day from the friendly staff. The balcony hammock nets are only available with the superior rooms, but it is so worth the extra cost. There's a cafe and tons of space to lounge. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean but furniture is old. No smells, no insects either. Location is good, 10 minutes to Patong Beach on foot. On the street noise, but the room was not heard. The air conditioner works well. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs, its owner is Italian. There is 7/11 and a food shop nearby

A cozy and pleasant hotel! I stayed there for 3 nights. There is a toaster, plates, cutlery, a kettle. The bathroom and plumbing are in good condition. I especially liked the shower filter and the large shower head 😄 the bed is large. There is a lamp that creates a cozy evening light. The room overlooked the road, but it was not very annoying. Although at first glance I thought it would be a problem. The woman at the ”reception” (because there is no reception as such 😁) is sensitive and responsive, although she barely speaks or understands English. Google translator to the rescue 💪🏼😃 You can rent beach mats for free with return. There are also umbrellas in case of rain. It is noticeable that they strive to create comfort for their guests! I recommend! There is a 7/11, a market, a temple complex, a cafe, a massage parlor nearby.

The worst hotel I've stayed in in Thailand. The room smells damp like a basement, I just didn't want to be there. There's no window in the pocket, it's not clear at all whether it's day or night outside. The owners seem friendly, but there are a lot of strange rules. It feels like you're in a colony somewhere. The price is very high for this hotel. They also take a deposit of 500 baht, and give it back, but the hotel is so shitty that there's nothing to even break. We stayed for two days, on the first day I already wanted to leave there, even in the first minutes in the room.

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.
