⸻ The service at this hotel was excellent. Although the location is tucked away in a small alley, you can easily call the front desk and they will come out to guide you in. When we arrived, the counter staff personally led us to the hotel, helped us with our luggage, and made us feel very welcome. The staff also informed us that if the room we booked was not suitable, they would be happy to assist with an upgrade. We did upgrade to a much larger room, which was very clean and comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom were well maintained, and the overall condition was excellent. Another highlight is the location. The surrounding area is pleasant and safe, with many shops, food options, and convenient public transportation nearby, including a metro station within walking distance. It is a great area to explore on foot. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The rooftop area is also a nice touch, and the availability of washing machines and dryers for guests is very convenient. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. The building has a charming, traditional exterior, while the interior is modern and well designed. Combined with its great service, location, and facilities, it offers an excellent overall experience.
