Montigo Resorts Somerset at Charlton House ★★★★

"The property was lovely but the staff were excellent. Peter at the reception is great. Infact each and every member of the team is great. We would highly recommend and definitely will visit again. We loved the spa facilities too, worth every penny. Thank you for the wonderful stay."

Crossways ★★★★★

"Good location and view. The cleanliness is average as found stain on one of the towels. Quite warm and humid for summer as no air conditioning and quite a lot of mosquitoes whilst windows opened. Seems short of staff as service runs slow especially when ordering foods for dinner."

The Hideaway ★★★★

The Shrubbery Hotel ★★★

"Very good accommodation. Clean, warm and plenty of hot water. The Shrubbery is not a premier inn but it is a family run hotel where you are treated as a person not a booking! The shrubbery has everything you need. Shepton Mallet is not a destination but if you need accommodation in the area close to Bath & West show ground The Shrubbery also offers very good food and a friendly bar. Book yourself into the Shrubbery and support traditional family run hotel."
