"A total disappoint with this hotel. Despite reading the reviews and the rating, it was totally the opposite of what I encountered. Firstly, the upon checkin the staff was so unsure of the procedures and took copies of our passports without even providing any explanation on the reason for that as the we know that the informations in the passports are confidential. Upon clarifying, the staff mentioned it’s for record purpose and kept asking for OIC when i tried explaining that the passport has everything. Next, she mentioned that breakfast is not included in my booking and I will need to pay for it, though my booking did mentioned that breakfast was included upon booking and she insisted that the hotel does not come with breakfast for all stay until I had to open the booking to show her. She had to get another staff to verify before confirming, which totally made my whole check in process and very bad experience. The second disappoint come in after checking in into the room. Totally old, unkempt looking, dusty and dirty floors and toilet was full of moulds and filthy looking. The towels were dirty. The making of the room was late. The small of the hotel was bad. The bed had bed bugs that ended up my child had several bites. The breakfast was limited and no top done. The food was not that great. The transport service to the shiridi temple was also not within stipulated time, they mentioned to wait for 10mins but it would be like 20 mins and if there is many ppl we will need to wait for the next car which then takes double the waiting time. Overall my experience with this hotel was a total disaster. The rating and reviews given for this hotel was totally unjustifiable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. My family has traveled to shiridi many a times and the hotels that are within shiridi temple areas are much better based on their reviews."

"Hotel Sai jashan had a very courteous ,kind and professional staff, ready to help us each time.we enjoyed our stay at sai jashan hotel as they maintained clealiness, very well maintained rooms and well equipped eminities .we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with wide eleborate menu . We enjoyed tasty dinner with our choice of food.Hotel is very near to temple and they have pickup and drop-off till temple.All this added and made our stay very pleasant.Thankyou for the very good service you guys are providing."

"The bellboys who helped with our luggage were polite and helpful. The game room was also not good. Unfortunately, that’s the only highlight. The rest of the stay was disappointing. Both receptionists were highly unprofessional with terrible communication skills. Basic courtesy was missing. Terrible hospitality. They seemed totally unqualified for the post provided. I booked the Classic Suite Room, but it felt more like a budget lodge. There is no designated parking area, no valet and no security guard( ie around 2pm when I checked in). That being said, when I did meet two of the security guards, they were polite and bid us farewell. According to its booking website, I was supposed to receive a welcome drink, which I didn’t receive. Forget about the drink – there wasn’t even a proper welcoming. Well I don’t know about Maharashtra but generally I receive a call from the hotel before check-in to confirm my whereabouts, but there was no such call from this hotel. Overall, it was disappointing and definitely wasn’t worth the price. washroom wall style is broken wc very dirty yellow yellow spot... ex."

No tea coffee maker in the room and even after request there were no milk powder and coffee sachets 4. Broken door lock of bathroom 5. Window glass broken"

This hotel is very close to mandir hardly 1 min walk and that too if you are single women wanted to go for kakad arti .Staff provide security guard ***** with u. One thing with respect to female security, i would like to add is for cleaning if they have female guest they send female staff ***** with housekeeping so as to make guest comfortable.As all the staff here is very coperative but i would like to recomend few names :- 1) Irfan & shruti 1 more girl in reception are humble polite and very gud in their professional duties. 2) Bharat ji very humble *** and proactive in his work. 3) Bhajan lal:- He is like God for us helped us for mandir darshan and also helped us with wheelchair. 4)Avinash & Baba sahib:- Hoskeeping staff excellent service. Proactive towards their duties really appreciate. Food is excellent and tasty ."

The walk to Shirdi temple is 5 mins, across a straight road, it was very convenient for us. The hotel also has taxi services which are very cheap. Would recommend staying here."

When i asked for iron that also in a terrible condition my top got burnt due to it. not worth at ths place. Infact 2k is enough for this kind of hotel.
