"Clean rooms and comfy beds. A nice garden in the back for summer evenings. The breakfast was really fresh with a wide selection. Last but not least, very attentative and friendly staff that, amongst other things, catered perfectly for my special dietary needs. Will definitely come back!"

"I have to give a completely negative review on this structure. I had to get there with my mother on the 31st of december. Once arrived to Simrishamn at 4pm, we couldn't find any taxi or bus to reach the place. We tried to call the hotel and they didn't reply for hours. I sent them several messages, and nothing. We had to go back home late on the 31st, without having any information from them previously especifying about the difficulties of reaching the place. They afterwards claimed that they were busy that day and couldn't pick up the phone. So we had to pay the whole stay without having any possible communication prior to get some help on how to reach them. We found ourselves lost. Moreover, when they finally got in touch after several hours, they responded unpolitely and without any apologetic manner just to claim their money. They don't know how to handle a Hotel."
