"the hotel staff is nice, accessible and very available. we were assigned a room on the 7th floor and overlooking south. despite not being a fantastic view is the best we can have once wherever we see the port is always there and the frenzy of the boats in and out is constant. The room / studio is great and is possible to cook. Some utensilsare available in the kitchnet but only essential. found the room clean as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was perfectly normal. At the time the FestivalMM underway everything went well!"

"Great family hotel. It's been years that I haven't seen a silimar setup. Beautiful spaces, nice materials from the construction,decorations, till the cutlery. The rooms are wide, clean and well lit. Up in the corner of the hill, giving quite time and privacy, but walking distance from the city. Very rare to see all the staff being genuinly politeand accommodating. The breakfast has everything in moderation, without creating unnecessary wasting food. All local, handmade and super fresh. If fed up of fake fancy, this is an experience you need. Tania, Greece"

"The place was the perfect retreat after a week in Porto, Sintra and Lisbon. This peaceful home away from home is nestled into a farm with miniature horses , llamas, and donkeys. The staff were very welcoming and spoke English. There is a dedicated outdoor space for table tennis, foosball and such. Lovely trails and lots of bikes , as well as a beautiful pool will keep your family busy. This place is very tranquil and somewhat remote, you need to drive 10 minutes to get to the small town of Porto Covo, but there is a wonderful seaside restaurant/cafe just a five minute walk down the road. Breakfast at the hotel was delightful, Dinner is also offered with indoor and outdoor dining, although we didn’t have enough time to try it. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel , and would happily return."

"We had such a special weekend at Cabra in Porto Covo. It’s one of those places that instantly makes you slow down and breathe a little deeper. The surroundings are beautiful — open fields, lovely trees, and the most incredible sunsets. The kids absolutely loved feeding and petting the donkey and the goats, which made the whole experience even more memorable. It felt safe, relaxed, and perfect for families. We spent our days outdoors, enjoying long, unhurried moments together — exactly what we needed. Cabra has a simple, authentic charm that makes you feel at home while still feeling like a true escape. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and genuine countryside stay in Porto Covo."
