"The hotel was nice, but the valet parking staff damaged two of the warning lights on my rental car. I have no idea what they were doing with my car! It caused me a lot of trouble! The hotel didn't reply to my messages! I spent a whole day contacting the rental platform and the car dealership, which completely disrupted my trip."

The location is good if you don’t want to be in crowded place, it is a driving distance from the historical center, next to Karakum beach club, so if you are there for beach- it is good! We stayed in a family suite and while we had a beautiful view , the rooms were a bit outdated, especially bathroom needs some renovation. Overall, it was ok for such a short stay, everything was clean."

"We had the smallest room (business) and it was definitely tiny. Even more so after 30 days in it. But, it was a great room overall. The amenities are great. The beach is beautiful and the restaurant is great! Actually, I enjoyed the restaurant the most! The food is great. All of it. Our servers over my month stay were Muhammet and Bahadir and they took wonderful care of everyone in our business party. They were extremely attentive and attention to detail was great! Always a kind word and a smile from these guys. They are funny as well! Love it!"

Unlike some very good comments, cleaning wasn't seeing old furniture :) I had a hotel that I had been comfortable after a long time I felt like my home. It's already great. Open buffet is fresh, variety is enough. We were very happy to have a live music at the last day. We always preferred dinner at the hotel because there is a park problem and a crowd.
