Excelsior Hotel Cimone LowCost
"Very welcoming hotel with excellent staff, filling meals, and a fabulous stay. I've never felt so comfortable in any hotel."
Hotel Cima Rosetta, WorldHotels Distinctive
"Great location. Room clean and spacious. Had a twin bedded room and room was divided which felt like two rooms. No nice view though. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Spa was really good with lots of pools, saunas and steam room. The outdoor jacuzzi and sauna was fabulous with great views. The jacuzzi could be warmer though. Have to pay for flip flops, bathrobe and swimming cap which seems odd rather than just pay for spa itself or build into the cost of the room."
GH Hotel Fratazza
"Where do i start! he food was poop the hotel was filled with dust the bed sheets where paper thin had stains workers told us to f off. the hairdryer in the bathroom shot out glass the shower had a electrical wire hanging over the shower. doors wouldn’t lock anyone could come into our room. only good thing was the location the pork, bacon and cheese dish was vile, the drinks were years out of date and the chicken dish had just came out the coop .the-toilet seat snapped and wouldn’t flush as for the tv wouldn’t even turn on was about 30 year old. the corridors were as old as the hills hadn’t been painted since the opened, fell off my bed thought i was gunna end up in the reception, the beds (headboard and some sort of underneath) where also made out of the trees that where recently cut down, the lifts said out of order as if they where ever in operation , stairs had baby oil on and from the ground floor there was another 3 below god knows what was under there sure i seen some cells and cages a few rats also. the worker at the front desk hadn’t changed her clothes the whole trip. all we lived off was the bread and red bulls which were priced ridiculous, £100+ a night having a laugh would rather sleep in the streets of milan. am sure the cleaners nicked a tener from me wallet (not sure what cleaning they done) beds built like bricks as for the pillows they where built like sandpaper also sure the bed sheets had sand and some illnesses on. the windows had some cloth that appeared to be the same ones on the tables in the some called food hall lights where all dodgy also . this place is a utter dump waste of cash."
Residence Lastei
"Excellent services and modern rooms with views of the Pale di San Martino. I resided in the facility in the week following the August holiday before unfortunately moving to the one in Madonna di Campiglio (Ambiez). I will definitely return. Treated seriously despite the crowded period and "rewarded" (even if not voluntarily I imagine) for our loyalty, given the use of the 20% discount (reserved for those who have already resided in a chain structure) with a non-refundable and paid rate anticipated. They could have taken advantage of it, as examples have already been cited, but they didn't. Example of seriousness and competence."
Hotel Belvedere
"We had a fantastic skiing holiday with friends at the Hotel Belvedere for the second time. I had a triple room for myself and my 7 and 9 year old. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had a balcony with amazing views over the town and up to the mountains. There is such a family friendly vibe at the hotel and the 3 of us feel so relaxed and comfortable there. The pool and hot tub are added bonus after a day on the mountains and we loved eating in the beautiful newly refurbished restaurant, the food and wine were excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated for a short walk to the many shops, cafes and restaurants of San Martino. We can't wait to go back."
Hotel Garni Vittoria
"Very good stay in the hotel. Comfortable, clean, silent and very good breakfast. Efficient parking for motorbikes and nice atmosphere. Very good location for different trip, a lot of amazing places reachable in one hour or less. Courtesy and smiling attitude by the owner and his team"
G. Hotel des Alpes (Classic since 1912)
"The perfect place for a family trip, right in the center of San Martino di Castrozza therefore you don't need to move the car to have a walk in the center or to go to the skying school. Our room was spacious super clean and warm. The warm pool is the perfect place where to spend a couple if hour in the afternoon after playing in the cold with the snow. The staff is kind and in the restaurant is plenty of delicious choices for dinner. We are definitely coming back next year!"
Hotel Plank
"I visited Hotel Plank with a group of tourists. I really appreciate the willingness and helpfulness of the staff when we were late for the tour. There was no problem to postpone dinner or breakfast so that we could better catch up with the planned trips. Excellent kitchens."
Hotel Stalon Alpine Chic
"Good room with good balcony view (ok, there are beautiful views everywhere in San Martino), very good breakfast, really excellent diners. Friendly staff, Cristian and Paola were very friendly and attentive. I'd like to stay there again. Highly recommended."
