"I'm am 80 year old American Solo backpack traveler. My 4-day stay at Mora Heights Lodge was superior in every respect: the room was spacious, well appointed, with lots of hot water any time of the day, or night; not a hole in my mosquito netting. The bed was quite comfortable, and I had a table and chair for writing. The hotel's dining area, inside, or outside was delightful, spotless. Whether one selected a meal from the menu, or buffet, the portions were plentiful, and delicious. Management arranged for me to visit the World Heritage Site Village of Konso, and the experience was very fairly priced. My driver was experienced, and I never felt uncomfortable traveling with him. Should I ever find myself in Arba Minch again, and I hope I do, I will certainly book myself in for a much longer stay. I highly recommend the Mora Heights Hotel. "

The hospitality here is exceptional — every staff member from the restaurant, spa, pool, and reception was wonderfully welcoming.
