"I have been coming here almost every day to use the facilities since Early December. The Staff inside the Spa and Wellness area are always very welcoming and have been great. I received a great massage treatment from the very experienced Anna, and I have been crushing laptop work in the restaurant area whilst being very well looked after by all the staff here. Marino became a friend to me during the day, and the other staff helped educate me on Croatia and the surrounding European countries. Tina was also always very accommodating, and the place has been relatively quiet in the off-season it's felt at times like the Spa was booked out for Me and my partner [it wasn't] but that allows for us to relax and enjoy the place even more for the two months we would have been here. Thanks for the great service to all staff, and not forgetting the friendly faces that smile and say "Good morning" each time we enter to start our day. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"A decent 4-star hotel, on the outskirts of Split. Room okay, though a bit outdated and damaged. Operating the lighting and air conditioning is somewhat awkward. Showering in the bathtub shouldn't be possible. Pool fine, unfortunately some ants and wasps. Breakfast is reasonable, not worthy of a 4-star rating. Service is friendly. Had a nice meal in the restaurant. A number of parking spaces are covered."

"I traveled solo, but with the Titan company for a tour. The hotel President, Solin was our final hotel. The hotel itself is very pleasant, with large rooms and elegant features, set in an attractive area. Unfortunately there were several issues. We had to order from the menu for our choices of lunch and dinner the day ahead. On our first day, the staff were aware of our choices, but we waited half an hour to be served and meals were coming out haphazardly, so some people were waiting for food, when others had finished. The staff were friendly enough, but seemed lost about their duties and were vague. It seemed as if they had been recently employed, but without adequate training. One evening, I left my room and encountered a couple who were rather confused. Understandably so, as they had just checked in and been given keys to my room. That is an appalling error. The key to the room also opens the safe and as I only had one key, the room went into darkness when you took it out of the holder inside the door. At any time, it is not possible to see into the wardrobe. If the several issues are addressed, this could be a good holiday destination."
