"There was always a sewer smell in the room. The service is nothing to say, just average. The location is really good, as soon as you step out you are right in front of the square. However, the parking lot is huge and difficult to find. We went around and around to find it for a long time. It is very difficult to drive in this small town. It is recommended that you come here to drive yourself in this small town. There is nothing special about it."

Exactly what we needed, perfect location, refined luxury, excellent service, lovely staff, calming atmosphere (and lovely smell throughout the hotel!). And THE best daily buffet breakfast! Oh AND the gym spa area is amazing…we did not expect to have that in a boutique hotel!"

"What a gem. This converted farm house sits in its own large orange orchard. It only has 14 or so rooms. It is friendly and cosy. The rooms are wonderful, and have been tastefully converted from the farm building. The location s wonderful - waking to look out on to the surrounding mountains every morning . It's an eight minute walk in to the town centre where there are many restaurant and the tram and train station. The hotel staff were terrific, Adreas the manager was short handed that week due to staff ill health but still managed to meet our every need with charm and politeness. The evening meals were good and the breakfasts were amazing - a wide range of foods and breakfast style tapas."

"This hotel has a five star service , breakfast and dinner. Room had a fridge in it. They also have a great pool. Reception staff were excellent . It also has a great location - close to the port , beach, and restaurants Easy to visit Soller village from here. In May we managed to find free parking exactly infront of the hotel. The only problem was that we arrived late and could not use the sauna, as you need to pre book it at least 1 hr before ."

"Cannot fault the hotel at all. Friendly, welcoming staff, spotless facilities, delicious food and well-maintained public areas. Our suite looked out onto the beach and bay, the balcony was always pleasantly cool and shady. Nothing was too much trouble for reception and breakfast staff. Loved the pool cabanas, rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, and was delighted by the poolside robot delivery. A true five stare experience and one we would definitely recommend"
