Great service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

The service is very good, the hotel is large, the beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and clean. Tipping is free, the food is rich, and dinner needs to be reserved. After checking out at noon, you can stay to eat, drink and play until you go to the airport

I booked a sea view suite for about $250 a night, and stayed for a week. Because of the US epidemic, there were less than ten guests in the resort, so it was empty, and a restaurant was opened. There is a supermarket in the hotel, open from Monday to Saturday, you can buy some necessities. It is because the hotel’s own restaurant is very poor, so it is necessary to rent a car to go outside the restaurant to buy and eat back to the hotel, the hotel comes with a car rental service, car rental 46 dollars a day insurance. The restaurant outside the hotel is very cheap to eat. Basically, it costs US$100 to buy enough food for 3 days and bring it back to the hotel. Talk about the advantages. Very quiet, sea view suites have everything, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, very suitable for family living. Ah! And to top it all off, when I checked out, a GO Pro was left in the room and although we called quickly, it magically disappeared. I'm still waiting for a response to an email that I sent at 11:30 am on July 29. Day of my checkout. In short, there are many other options, which may be more value for your money. My experience at planet Hollywood was 5 out of 10 the resort overall it self is beautiful the breakfast buffet 10/10 the pool events and water aerobics very fun however, when I booked the trip I booked for a junior swim out suit with 2 double beds when I arrive to check in at the reception desk I was given a king size bed with a sofa pull out . I was told by the front desk receptionist they didn't have any double beds available however I booked 2 months in advance she explained to me that she would provide me with a room with 2 beds the next day and to stop by the desk at 8 am. The next day I approached the desk with my belongings sadly to find out they didn't have the room available again the next day and I was told the same things repeatedly each night of my stay I became very frustrated sleeping on a very hard sofa bed and it gave me severe back pains. I had 2 ppl in my room and that is why I requested a room with 2 beds. The room service was also a bad experience we were told we could not order 2 of the same items in the menu which sounded weird you mean to tell me that my sister and I both can't order pizza and salad that's crazy to me . The drinks were very good especially the Miami vibe and Scooby doo shots . The resort will also try and provide you discounts by getting you to purchase a star class/diamond purchase that's 20,000 .
