"Really disappointed. While our room was nice, the entire building was being remodeled around us, I would not be so bothered by this fact if they had told us before we arrived. At one point when leaving the building I had to yell for them to stop so we could walk out the front door because debris was falling from the scaffolding that was all around the building. Really NOT fair ☹️"

"The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. It is said that there are no bad restaurants in Split, hahaha. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is a little expensive. It is only a few minutes away from the beach. It is very pleasant to drink coffee and enjoy the sea breeze. It is also close to the pier. You can take a speedboat to go island hopping. The Blue Cave is also very beautiful."

"The host did not provide check in details after confirmation. After waiting for 3 hours we arrived at the place at 7.30pm when their reception was stated to be available till 8pm and found NO one or no open door so we had to book another place and sent them a request to cancel since we could not access. The host did not respond but simply deducted the money and refused cancellation. They then still ignore any further communications. The worst experiences ever. My advice is avoid them at all cost. I am still trying to get my money back. I"

"Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside we had was the room size. 3 adults in a standard room, was a bit crowded. It was our own problems, the room would be perfect for 2."

"The room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am."

"Free parking with security. A few minutes drives to downtown and everywhere in split. A huge supermarket Konzum is in walking distance. Also convenience for busstop about 3-5 minutes walk. Breakfast is good for starting an energizied day."

"Split is a relatively small Croatian city, so I wasn't expecting such a high-class hotel. The staff was excellent—polite and professional. The room was large and very modern. The location was excellent—just steps from the city's main sandy beach and a ten-minute walk from the Old Town and Diocletian's Palace. All electronics and plumbing worked perfectly. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The hotel was clearly originally built as a hotel—its original architecture attests to this. I recommend this new, cozy, and comfortable hotel to anyone planning a trip to Split."

"Hotel located in the city center, near the bus stop. The hotel is clean and has private parking. Very friendly staff. The room is nice and spacious. A few minor issues with the bathroom. The toilet paper holder is much too far from the toilet; it's not in the right place at all. There's at least 1.1 meters between it and the toilet."
