"Just come home from a weeks stay here and from the moment we arrived the staff were incredible, warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect, rooms are clean and the view is amazing. A special thank you to Yannis who not only made sure we were kept hydrated he truly has made it a holiday to remember. Mariana was also an absolute star always smiling and always goes above and beyond. We will be back next season and it’s safe to say will be booking here 100%. Thank you team Palm Beach we will miss you all."

"Came here every day for 2 weeks. Paid 15 euros for 2 sunbeds and a parasol you could also use the swimming pool if you wanted which we thought was good value as you had plenty of room to move your sunbed around, where other beach restaurants along the beach front were crammed In. We ate at the beach restaurant every day. The food was lovely and good value for money. The staff were all lovely and friendly. Will definitely recommend and be back."

"Perfect place to relax, very kind hotel staff, clean rooms, tasty food and beer, the location is perfect, very close by the beach, and also the pool bar my favorite place, and the barman Arian very kind person, every drink came with a joke or a laugh. Also its on the main strip of stalis, so even during the evening you can go take a walk around busy stalis streets with shops, food. Enyoing my stay here."

"A wonderful holiday for me and my wife from start to finish. Our second time here, and we have booked again for late September! On arrival we were greeted by a lovely reception team, given all the relevant information in regards to our stay and a little bonus of nice fresh lemonade and cold towels. The food on offer as an all inclusive guest was very good and catered for all tastes. The bacon at breakfast was so good!! Yiannis the hotel manager truly leads from the front throughout, all his team they take such pride in their work and you feel really cared for as a hotel guest. Maria A in the restaurant is a truly wonderful human, her smile and attentiveness to her work is outstanding alongside the rest of the restaurant team who do a truly wonderful job in looking after guests dining in the hotel. We have so many superlatives to recognise so many staff, Dritan in the main bar worked tirelessly every evening, Waco as always was excellent with the enthusiasm and pool side fitness activities, Anastacia at the pool/snack bar was truly brilliant! Such a busy spot but she handled it with such a friendly and positive outcome each and every time, and lastly Despina & Artur at reception a friendly smile always. Even signed us up to Meliá rewards! We can not wait to come back in September, a few weeks and we are already counting down! A magical place, full of magical wonderful Cretan people! Thank you so much all at Blue Sea!"

"Currently six days into a two week stay and we are loving it! The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is perfect for the size of the hotel and the hotel is a ten minute stroll into Stalis, with its fabulous restaurants, bars and beach. Efi and her family that own the hotel are so lovely. They are friendly, helpful and kind. Their food is absolutely delicious, we have lunch and snacks through the day and it is all cooked to order. Looking forward to another week of their fantastic hospitality. Thanks guys, we would thoroughly recommend Dionysos to anyone. We are here as a large family, all the feedback has been very positive."

"We recently spent 12 days at this hotel and really enjoyed our time here. The pool was a fantastic place to relax, and the breakfast was consistently excellent—it was a real highlight of our stay, although we did find ourselves wishing the bacon was served every day instead of every other! The only other small drawback for us was that our room was quite dark, as it relied mainly on the door for natural light. That said, the rest of the experience was so pleasant that it didn't impact our overall enjoyment. We had a lovely time and would certainly recommend this hotel to others."

"I travelled here for my first trip as a lone traveller , and can I say , I was really well looked after by all at this hotel. The restaurant team we're by far the happiest, friendliest I have come across and the manager could not of been nicer if he had tried. The room was clean , well maintained and attended daily . The pool was spotless , as was the surrounding areas. Lovely location, we're I felt safe wandering the shops , beach and restaurants. I had several treatments in the spa and can thoroughly recommend the full body massage , bliss. I would happily return for another short break to relax. Thank you all x"

I visited last year, they were all so welcoming, everyone we met had been visiting for years returning over and over due to the relaxed atmosphere and wonderful attentive service the family offer. We returned this year meeting some wonderful people who said they are looking forward to returning again next year as they had loved their time there. We upgraded to the lux appartments this year and they were fantastic! Every detail flawless & relaxing to enhance our stay. The family also offer a transfer service to and from the airport, fabulous seamless service that beats the crowds & has you from the airport to the bar within 30 mins with a warm welcome. I highly recommend Nikos & the family who make your stay worth coming back over and over each year."

"Booked a cheap deal on the internet and was not sure what we would get, but needn't have worried. The Zephyros Beach Hotel is fabulous! On arrival, were met with a cool drink while we checked in. Reception area cool, clean and modern. We were escorted to our room which was lovely. Again, very clean, modern and comfortable. Very comfy beds, efficient air con, balcony with view of pool and sea, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The towels and bedding in the room were changed every 2 days and the room was cleaned daily. We stayed on a half board basis. The food was always fresh and constantly being topped up. There was plenty of choice at both breakfast and evening meal. The pool area was very nice, with plenty of sun beds, and pool towels are provided. Just beyond the pool was direct access to the lovely sandy beach, again with sunbeds and umbrellas. Perhaps what made the holiday complete was the staff at The Zephyros. Reception, waiters, cleaners, all unfailingly friendly, helpful and polite. Apparently this is the first year that this hotel has been promoted in the UK. There were many guests from Holland, Germany and Poland and the Ukraine, which made a lovely international mix. We enjoyed not being part of a large British contingency. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend the Zephyros Beach Hotel. Just a quick thanks to Broadway travel, who arranged everything for us. Very efficient and helpful."

"Had room 107 and took my parents on there first trip abroad I have been coming to stalis for 15 years this hotel was probably the best we have stayed in staff natasha dinitri and mika where brilliant hosts had a nice seaview the apartments were big and spacious pool was excellent and plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas along with a really nice shaded seated area for food etc can't recommend this hotel enough literally 100 yards from. The beach front and a nice 5 minute stroll into the main strip parents loved it so much they are booking for May thanks again amazones il be back aswell in September"
