With Chathill Station just 5km away and Newcastle International Airport only 58km away, transportation is very convenient. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.
"The room we had, which was Coach House 2, we found to be very noisy. Lots of creaking floors from above and also right next door to the delivery area for the kitchens so I would advise to avoid this room! We had booked a 2-night stay and asked to be moved for the 2nd night, which we were. Assisted by Maria, who was extremely helpful and apologetic regarding our disturbed night - we were then moved into the main hotel to the top floor and had a very good night's sleep."
