"Terrible attitude from one of the staff members. I was staying with a baby and asked for hot water to prepare a baby bottle. She refused and told me it was either for an extra charge or that I should use tap water (!). The breakfast was extremely poor. Items that ran out at the buffet were not refilled. The same staff member came to the dining room exactly at 10:00 AM and asked guests to leave the table immediately, even if they were still eating, claiming she needed to clean the dining area. There was also a leak in the bathroom sink. Regarding the sauna – I asked the same staff member whether we were allowed to use it and was told no. Only after I pointed out that it made no sense and that I chose this hotel because Booking clearly states that there is a sauna, she changed her answer and said she was mistaken and that it was allowed. There is nowhere to sit in the hotel except for the restaurant – there is no lobby at all. The restaurant closes at 8:00 PM, and after that there is no option for hot drinks. Wine can only be ordered by the bottle, with no option to order a glass. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. We regret every dollar we spent on this hotel."

"Stayed one night in a nice room with balcony overlooking Lake Wolfgang. Nice and clean room with Nespresso coffeemaker in the room. Unfortunatley the restaurant was closed but the nice lady in the reception was very helpful and brought us a bottle of wine to consum in our room. Breakfast was nice."

"Stayed on coach trip for week. Given attic apartment loads of space and storage. Kitchen area downstairs with large living room 2 single beds and 2 settees. Great views. Air conditioning units too as really needed with hot temperatures. Alas the double bed placed so had to crawl backwards into bed. Bit of a gripe if you want loo in night, bang head on ceiling as all beamed! No storage by bed and awkward to turn off lights too. First night owner came to welcome party and went round tables to ask if any questions. I needed skimmed milk which he said was no problem they had. Alas at breakfast only one kind of milk and was not skimmed. Also supermarket said they had none either. So no hot drinks for a week at hotel. Small supply I had used on coach. Nice pool area when weather good."
