"The room was huge, with every imaginable and unexpected amenity. It accepted Chinese power outlets, although unfortunately my European plugs weren't compatible. The location was also excellent, incredibly convenient for getting around by SkyTrain and Uber. One of the things I liked most was that check-in wasn't on the ground floor, but on a separate floor, so I wouldn't bump into the front desk! In short, my friends and I jokingly called it the perfect place for a getaway, haha. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I encountered a problem during check-in, and staff member Adi went to great lengths to help me with everything, making calls and sending emails. They even remembered me when I checked out, so thoughtful! 😘 In short, I would highly recommend this place if I were staying in Surrey."

"It was on the way to the Rocky Tour and it was convenient to pick up from the hotel parking lot, but it was far from downtown."

"We specifically requested a smoke-free and quiet environment; however, there has been a strong smoke smell coming from the corridor and entering the room. Additionally, the condition of the property appears to be damaged in some areas. Furthermore, we had requested a quiet environment, but the bar at the property is currently open until 2:00 a.m., which is creating significant noise and disturbance. This makes it difficult to rest comfortably."
