The property’s garden, along with the jungle, has many tropical trees & plants including mangos, papayas, pineapples, Manzana de agua, coconuts, avocado, lemon, and even a coveted mangosteen tree.-The property features a short hike through a lush jungle trail that leads to a secluded waterfall with a refreshing swimming hole.-This 2-story home blends modern luxury with a warm inviting atmosphere.  The private master bedroom walls slide away to make you feel you are sleeping in a treehouse in the jungle!  -Perched on the mountainside, the house feels as though it’s part of the jungle itself. Only 5 minutes drive to the most beautiful beaches. Conveniently situated between Manuel Antonio National Park and the famous surf town of Dominical. Easy access to sportfishing in Quepos and beautiful "Whale tail" National Park in Uvita. Surrounded by nature but a very secure little gem in a paradise!4 x 4 vehicle is REQUIRED!The spaceWe are about 2 1/2 hour drive depends on the traffic from San Jose international airport. Our place is located about 800 mt up the hill from the Costanera Highway. It’s a gravel Mountain road through the jungle and 4 x 4 vehicle is REQUIRED. It’s a newly build modern tropical construction guest house in very private and quiet location with incredible Sunsets, Ocean and Mountain views! The house has a unique treehouse feel as it is situated on the slope of the mountain. Monkeys, toucans and sloths are frequent visitors here. Great place to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets and surrounding nature. Only five minutes drive to the miles of incredibly beautiful sandy beaches!Please be aware that power outages in Costa Rica are not uncommon. Sometimes they last for a minute, sometimes for a day.
