"We spontaneously stopped at this hotel as we were driving through Vrigstad, as it was getting to a point in the day where we thought perhaps we should look for a room. Front desk staff were friendly and competent. The hotel was busy with people attending conferences, but was still quiet and comfortable. The room had everything we could want. In certain respects, it is just a typical sprawling modern motel/hotel, but there were numerous amenities (pool, spa, etc.) that we did not take advantage of. Our room was down a number of long hallways from the front desk and parking was not available near the room. The attached restaurant was quite good - varied menu and good selection of drinks. The breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"This is a sort of retraite/hotel. Therefore probably the separate beds😅 I can only recommend this hotel. The cook/receptionist (with wooden shirt and tattoos) was fantastic. We came reasonably late and yet he shake two great dishes out of his mud. After a day trip in Store Mosse we eat back in the hotel. Best veggie spaghetti ever!! My husband eat rendiersteak. When we are near we come back. To think and eat good 😁"
