The guesthouse is nestled amidst rice paddies, in a beautiful and tranquil setting, with fresh air and a truly peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The location is also very convenient, close to both Shaxi Ancient Town and the city center, making travel hassle-free. The rooms were impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. Each is a uniquely designed, detached wooden cabin, offering excellent privacy. The facilities are comprehensive, including a campsite, a coffee shop, and entertainment options like karaoke and mahjong, catering to both adults and children. The large outdoor space allows children to play freely, making it perfect for family trips. Everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment is here in one place; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Taicang!

This marks our second year of celebrating the holiday season with Club Med, and once again, it was truly worth every penny. Our first unforgettable experience was December 2024 at Club Med Anji, where we were warmly welcomed by Mr. George and his amazing team. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely cared for. The team was approachable, attentive, and incredibly warm, making our stay relaxed and memorable. This year’s December holiday brought us to Club Med Urban Oasis Taicang Resort, and the experience was just as wonderful. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Stanley and Mr. Jake, who were very professional and responsive in addressing all our concerns, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Traveling with three kids, comfort and cleanliness are extremely important to us. A very special thank you to our dear ayi 张二双, who we met in Taicang as well. She took such great care of our room. She was kind, helpful, and meticulous, our room was always spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved it. From the service to the atmosphere, Club Med continues to deliver exceptional holiday experiences for our family. We will definitely keep choosing Club Med for our holiday celebrations. A peaceful getaway with futuristic-style cabins set in a huge natural area. The space feels quiet and open, perfect for slowing down and disconnecting. There’s plenty to do if you want to stay active: long walks, SUPs, kayaks, archery, zip line, or just relaxing by the water. Everything is well organized and never feels crowded. Comfort is well thought out — BBQ sets are available, breakfast is offered, and the cabins are minimal but cozy. Great for a weekend escape from the city. Liked it very much, definitely will come back

The hotel is conveniently located, with free parking for those driving. The natural hot springs are tranquil and relaxing, completely soothing any fatigue. The staff were excellent and attentive. The afternoon tea and breakfast were plentiful. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I'd definitely go back.

We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

The price and location were convenient. However, the receptionist was an older lady who seemed angry about my booking, claiming that I paid less money. Even though I booked through Trip.com and the price matched what was listed on the app, I didn’t respond and simply went to my room. Additionally, I later discovered a cockroach in my room and I complain to the same old lady about this but she replied”deal by yourself”🧐Despite all these the hotel is reasonable for average people with limited budgets, and while the service reflects its affordability, improvements in staff attitude and cleanliness could enhance the experience.

Facilities: This is a new Hyatt hotel, very new. The hygiene is also quite good. It's close to the ski resort, and the hotel offers free shuttle service.

A little unexpected, this hotel is very good! The location is very good, just near the entrance of the ancient town. It is on the most prosperous street, and it is convenient to eat and go shopping around. The hotel hardware environment is a four-star standard. It opened in April this year. The rooms are very new, intelligent, and the area is not small. This price is very cost-effective. The hotel service is also good. Because the return bus time was after 12 o'clock, they helped me delay the check-out to 2 o'clock, which is very humane. The overall experience is great. I recommend this hotel.

I recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The lobby is quite high-end, but the building structure does not seem to be designed for a hotel. The route from the elevator to the room is a bit roundabout. The style of the room is more traditional government hotel. The bedding is quite comfortable and it is very quiet at night. What is more surprising is that the toilet paper is placed directly in the washbasin grid. The hotel is far from the restaurant, which takes less than ten minutes to walk. The breakfast variety is less than the price of 58 yuan, and the quality is average. The overall cost performance is average.
