Booked 3-person room but wasn’t happy with the condition. Requested to check out immediately since no bed was allowed to be added, and were told that all the 4-person room was sold out. Taipei was our last stop so we wanted a good ending and we needed a room for three nights stay. Spoke to the FO manager who reluctantly but finally offered an one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and bright. We were happy and appreciative initially but their beds and couches were believed to be full of dust mite. We were suffering from severe insect bites, esp our 4 years old son (whom photos can be provided later). Quite a disappointment despite the hotel was newly refurbished and centrally located. The hot spring is only open for 16 years old and above so the hotel isn’t family oriented.

We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.

This is the third time I have stayed at Jiamei, and the quality of service is still maintained. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, and the pillows are not hard,-I feel that it is dawn, only-a small episode. It will be repaired in half an hour without affecting the accommodation. Breakfast-it is simple, but there are porridge, green vegetables, omelette, bread milk, coffee, fruit, so that you can eat very full, feel satisfied, I highly recommend Jiamei, and I will go to stay again when I have the opportunity.

you can not beat the location and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room is super clean, very quiet with super fast internet. We were able to conduct many long video meetings with the U.S. during our 6-nighg stay. As a result, we are booking another 2-night stay later in the week. Stayed in The Tango Taipei Linsen for 15 nights of my compulsory Taiwan quarantine period, during July 2021. The booking, as it's for Taiwan entry quarantine purpose, had be to done directly through them. Their good and efficient service started from there, with clear and prompt communication for my booking and payment. The great service continued and became even better once checked in. They understand how difficult it is for a guest that is going through a 15- night quarantine in Taiwan, hence they would do anything to help, from answering relevant questions, helping with any needs during the stay etc. All the communication with the reception staff was efficiently done through their LINE instant messaging. They even once 'rescued' me from my original room due to an uncontrollable leakage of air-con water flooding, by immediately changed me to another room with the same specifications, which was justifiable during the quarantine. I booked and stayed with a slightly larger room (Junior Suite/尊榮套房), and the layout was great to force myself, as for the quarantine period, to maintain a healthy routine. It has a bedroom area and a separate office/lounge area. It was definitely worth the little extra money! The room came with all the necessary amenities I needed for the 15-nights and they were always ready to supply more if needed. What's more important was, it was spotless clean and hygienic! The whole hotel is currently, as this review is written, served as a quarantine hotel, so no concern of mixing the hotel guests. The stay I booked included all meals, and I must say they did look out for the variety, tastiness and even the nutritional balance of all meals. Considering there was very little difference in prices (only 200 NT extra per room per night), I'd recommend the meal-included option when booking their quarantine rooms. If that still didn't satisfy, online orders of takeaway food could be ordered anytime, and they would deliver to my door. I was going to check in to another Tango Hotel (Tango Inn Zhongshan) upon the completion of my quarantine. The staff, without me having requested, liaised directly with the other Tango Hotel, to allow me to check in as early as midday. Then that's the 'extra mile' they went for me! Overall for the purpose of a hotel quarantine, it was a very pleasant stay, all made possible by the kind, thoughtful staff and the hotel's professional services. Thank you once again!

Just go straight and cross the road from Exit 1 of the MRT station. The road is flat and it is very convenient to carry your luggage to the hotel. The room is as shown in the picture. It is quite spacious. The Japanese-style bathroom is very dry and nice. The room is cleaned every other day. There is not enough toilet paper. It is not like Japanese-style hotels that provide skin care products.

Love the strategic location of the hotel - just across a small traffic light from Exit 6 of Shandao Temple (less than 5 mins walk from subway) and one stop after Taipei Main Station. Easy to get to other parts of Taipei from here. Quite a number of breakfast places around the vicinity, even the Michelin Guide Fu Hang Soy Milk is just directly across the junction from hotel. Decided on this relatively new hotel as I've realized hotel around Taipei Main Station are mostly old and worn down. The rooms are clean and relatively big. All guests can freely use their lounge from 9am to 10pm to have coffee, tea, juice and light snacks. We booked on night through their website as Amazing Club member and was given free happy hour with a complimentary glass of alcohol, fruits platter and a big bowl of yummy deep fried items. Every staff is polite and helpful. Given only rating of 3 (instead of 5) for facilities as it will be great if they provide a gym and water dispenser at every floor. Other than that, this is really a great hotel for family and friends to stay. Thus will definitely book here my next trip here again for sure.

When I get up the next morning and want to renew my room The morning front desk ladyactually wanted to use the upgraded room rate to renew the room Otherwise, please switch back to a double bed room type. I have always emphasized that we are promoted It’s not that I took the initiative to ask for an upgrade. And the night before, I heard that there were no customers at night. So it’s not a problem caused by overbooking. I want to extend my apartment but don’t want to move my luggage around. He actually lost his regular customers without understanding the whole story. Short stay over 2022/2023 New Year holiday weekend. Location was ok, about 10 minutes walk from a MRT station. Hotel was packed during the stay, the lobby, overcrowded small breakfast lounge and most places were too small to accommodate if there were more than a few guests at one time. The food during breakfast was very nice for me, and the staff were busy preparing and refilling the food that got finished very quickly. Most of the staff were ok, but would not interact or or help much; probably due to the amount of workload. The rooms were decent to good. Price was average to high, but also due to holiday period. One biggest unpleasantness was during check-out, with a crowded lobby and staff seemingly very eager for me to leave immediately after return of room card. No chance of leaving any baggage till later part of the day, and I got spot-checked and shooed immediately by the guard when I put down my bag to take my belongings, the moment I stepped out of the hotel entrance. The check-out experience and overcrowding during full occupancy, was unpleasant for a probably ok hotel.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

Palais de Chine was a very grand hotel and the atmosphere made us feel like we were in a castle. The room was excellent with a bathtub in the shape of a water droplet and a very beach resort-like shower. The minibar drinks were all free so we could drink all of them to our heart’s content as it would be refilled the next day. Suggest to replace alcohol drinks to more soft drinks or ********* tea drink. The housekeepers were friendly and housekeeping was fast. The coffee and tea were good and the TV could be broadcasted and there were many interesting channels. The location was good and near MRT stations to get to other places easily. The WiFi was excellent and fast and the beds were big and comfy. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Palais de Chine and I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff have a very good attitude and try their best to help solve the problems raised by the guests. I stayed for three nights. Recently, there seems to be no word of mouth posts, so I hope you can refer to it. As the past word of mouth, it's really dark throughout. I don't know the control of the lighting in the room, and I can open the curtain in the morning and finally work at the desk. The corridor is dim and in addition, there is only one elevator, and it is unbelievable that it is No. 1 in the tango in the Nakayama area. The room with a coffee machine was out of order. I gave up because I was troubled to go to the front desk. The hospitality in the rooms other than the lighting is the best, and I think it is the best hotel since Corona began to calm down and I can go to Taiwan. I was especially satisfied with the bathroom. There were plenty of towels. I like it many times, but I thought it was perfect for hotel life except for lighting. Meals are about a bonus. It was also dim here and it was difficult to confirm the product name. I never stay at a luxury hotel, but I feel that the breakfast level of a hotel in Taiwan has fallen recently.

Location- located next to the mrt station so very convenient. There is a Yong He Dou Jiang nearby for those who would like to try. Food- I did not order the breakfast. There is an Italian restaurant in the hotel. We ordered pizza and pizza is nice. There is some nice cafes nearby but did not get to try. Amenities- shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. There is a public bath at level 17 but I did not try. There is a Lounge af level 2 for u to get bottles of water and complimentary coffee. Service - staff are polite. Room is clean. Others - it cost about $1300 to cab from hotel to Taoyuan airport. Journey takes about 40mins if traffic is smooth.
