The property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, especially being so close to nature and the national park. The service at the restaurant was good, and housekeeping responded promptly whenever required. Special appreciation to the team for making guests feel comfortable and welcome throughout the stay. A few areas for improvement could be quicker service during peak hours and more activity options within the resort. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would love to visit again. "We spent a lot of time with our guide and naturalist Onam Tirmare who took us out for three safaris in the three core areas of the Bandhavgarh National Park. He gave us a lot of information on the forest and the history of its famous inhabitant tigers like Charger. We got to see the tiger D3 within ten minutes on our very fast safari. Onam gave us the entire resume on D3. He kept us within viewing range of D3 for more than 30 minutes. On the next safari, he showed us the claw marks of a tiger more than ten feet high on the tree trunk. He pointed out to us that it was a show of his size and strength as a deterrent to potential challengers. It was an exciting experience to see the claw marks so high up on the tree. I strongly recommend other visitors to Bandhavgarh and Syna to ask for Onam to be their safari guide."

"The resort is in a beautiful setting and convenient location. It is just minutes from the Tala Gate and Park Headquarters. The staff is very attentive and kind. Satish helped arrange my safaris and made sure that I saw as much as I could during the seven safaris I took. I was lucky to see a leopard on this trip. He also made sure my stay was comfortable and that I was well cared for. The food was delicious and there was a nice variety! Mahanta from the dining staff made sure that I had everything I needed and more. Local artist Mohit has a shop at the resort and was often seen working on a tiger painting. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the sitting area outside my room. I highly recommend this resort."
