Stayed for a night after our flight Everything was super clean, we really liked the different teas we got in our room. Also, the refreshing face towels was thoughtful. 1. We were picked by the hotel’s pick up service at 11:15 pm. He waited for us for 20 minutes and the communication was smooth before our arrival through email. They regularly checked on us for any delays or issues. 2. Breakfast was superb. Hotel’s location is very near to the bus stop where we took the bus to Kayseri bus terminal for Capadocia. Super comfy bed was a plus! 3. A big shoutout to Halil, he dropped us to the bus stop in his car as he feared we might get lost on our way( he didn’t speak English and we couldn’t understand his directions in Turkish :) Truly praiseworthy, professional and kind! He didn’t took any money though it was just 5 minutes distance by car.

Dinner was very successful and diverse. Tea, coffee and snacks are also available between 17-18 hours. The hotel has its own store inside the ski resort (Tekir Kapı) where you can rent equipment. Discounts are provided to hotel customers. Their equipment is quite sufficient for new and intermediate users and they are in good condition. If desired, newer equipment can be rented at a slightly higher cost. The hotel owner, manager and staff are very caring and friendly. They do everything they can for your satisfaction. It's a true family hotel and they manage to make you feel like a member of the family. Its price is the best compared to the hotels in the mountain region, and at the same time, it can be tried as the best in terms of performance due to the things I have mentioned above.
