"The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The bed was comfortable, and the bath towels provided were clean and fresh. The toilet was also clean, and the shower water heater worked well. The service was also good, and it was easy to find a Grab car in the area. I’m not sure about late at night, but I was still able to order GrabFood at around 8:30 PM without any issues. However, the hotel is located near a main road, so it can be quite noisy at night, especially around midnight. There were people riding motorcycles loudly during that time. I would also recommend that the hotel add more power outlets near the bed, as the only available plugs are located near the TV area, which is quite limited."

"Booked 2 rooms for CNY, rain water is leaking from roof, inside the hotel room and at the walkway. The other room is flooded in toilet. The shelter at the entrance of hotel is fully parked with cars, not sure if they are staffs vehicles. We unable to pick up and drop off using that shelter as it was super heavy rain when CNY. Will not come back again, very very very bad."
