"This is both a classic and maybe the best option to stay in Huancayo. The groundfloor has been renewed recently. The rooms are more "classic" but well-maintained, the bathroom in the superior room we had was very good. Unfortunately there was an incident during one night (unacceptable noise in the hotel bar until 5 am; an organized event was going on), which should nit happen in a hotel of this kind. The hotel management understood our claims and reacted accordingly. "

"First the positive: nice cabin, nice gardens, there are animals in case you go with children, in general the stay was pleasant. Drawbacks: We did not have hot water in the room upon arrival or on the last night before leaving. They gave us a minimal discount, but because we asked for it, at the time there was not even an apology. The breakfast seems somewhat limited to me and very local (cured meat, egg, fried banana), but very good coffee, there were no different options for children who usually eat something different for breakfast. Restaurant closed at night at least during our stay, there was no possibility to heat water. The cabins are clean but since they are made of wood, the truth is that you can hear every movement (in our case we had two floors)."
